Stopped in there for some parts for my car. Joe was extremely helpful in helping me figure everything out, even grabbed my VIN number to make sure we ordered correctly! He was not pushy and didnt try to force unnecessary parts to me. Thankful for the great service!
My wife went in this afternoon to get coolant for her car. Staff was less than helpful, didn't even make sure she was buying the right stuff, she told them she didn't know where to put it in and asked if it would be easy for her to find when she went outside, their reply was less than friendly or helpful. Neither employee even offered to at least show her where it was located under the hood. The customer entering as she was leaving was kind enough to ask if she needed help. This type of work ethic is unacceptable in my opinion. If you choose to work at an auto parts store, get to know the products you sell, and help customers that need it. You're the forefront of what creates a reputation for an establishment. Poor service, would not recommend supporting this business.
I was extremely impressed with Max’s customer service skills, knowledge and kindness! He helped me find the proper bulb for my car headlight, installed it for me and showed me how as well.. even though it was cold .. he was patient and kind! Thank you soo much Max!
Went for a new battery for my Scion at the Fort Atkinson store. The staff member who assisted me who I believe was the manager was courteous and knowledgeable. Took the extra steps to make sure it's done right and I'm very thankful. Will definitely be coming back.

Great place to shop to find quality replacement parts as well as no cost testing of battery, starter, and alternator. Especially appreciate oil and oil filter recycling as well as the loaner tool program. They have a friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Friendly customer service. Called asked about a part they had it in stock. When I got there was greeted nicely. Asked if I had called about my part. 30 min ago. I replied and pulled exactly what I asked about.

Had a wheel bearing go bad and they let me change it in they're parking lot and brought me out everything i needed to fix it and head back on the road.

It's a automotive parts store usually have what I need in stock if not they can order it and be there within the day. Never had a problem with the employee's I usually have part numbers already so they just get the parts I need.
Went in to get a few parts and was very happy with the service I recieved, great customer service got the correct parts right away unlike there competitor across the street and to make things better the ladies are wonderful!!
My preferred go to parts store, over the others. Very helpful, and they will help you install small parts, and do a system check for free. Awesome team.
Superior customer service and extremely knowledgeable staff seem to get you the part done right the first time so you don't have to make several trips to get the right part and get your car running again opposed to the other Auto store across the street. The manager here, Brandy, is the most confrontational and deceitful person I have ever seen.
Along with making snide remarks about customers in front of other customers and employees; this management representative also openly displays and promotes anti veteran sentiment and attitudes to everyone around her.
I will not do business with an organization that is dishonest, deceitful and has such a deragatory opinion and treatment of our veterans.
