Starter went out on SUV. Called AAA and they sent Klement's. Bill was awesome. So nice and efficient! Would highly recommend and let AAA know that as well!
Absolutely awesome!!! Very good customer service. I have a hard time getting someone to come on the weekends, and they got here promptly. The owners wife was so nice on the phone. The service truck associate was nice and friendly.
Klement Towing turned around a tough afternoon. They were recommended by AAA. A tire blew on I94, in 89 degree heat. Rod expedited getting car to a designated tire place before it closed. He was efficient, kind, and encouraging. I made it to the family event, I was traveling toward. I highly recommend this company, and this driver, in particular! Thank you!
They helped me out of a situation with a tire blowout on I94 that was very scary ! Adam to the rescue. (AAA referral) He was polite and really went above and beyond! His concern for my safety was clear. A female stranded on a busy highway was so stressful! Highly recommend. A+++
We used Klement through AAA when we had a flat on 94. The man who came to help us was so nice & did a great job. HOWEVER, when we got the initial call from the business the woman on the phone was so rude. Obviously having vehicle issues on a busy road is already stressful, and her horrendous attitude was absolutely not helpful.
I had to get a tow about 45 minutes after my trusty ride broke down in Fort. Ron answered the call right away. His price was reasonable for the distance. There was something that just made me feel better about using his company as opposed to the others in the area. He was able to meet me where I dropped my car off at Reliable Auto Repair with Mike and towed my gal all the way back to my home.
Also, he has a cool mustache. Thank you, Ron. We need more guys like you! Blessings sir!
Klement Towing are awesome. I had a transmission shift cable break while we were shopping in Whitewater; I called Klement and requested a tow, explaining that my vehicle was stuck in park. They had a tow truck to me within 30 minutes. Safely loaded my vehicle, transported it and myself to Cambridge and was able to unload my SUV right into my garage at home. Bill was professional, friendly and efficient. Highly recommend them if you need towing/recovery services.
I want to say that Klement Towing is the best towing service we have ever experienced! They are very professional and caring! They make the job look easy! Unreal response times! I submitted my Roadside request on the AAA app and they called me back with an update in less than FOUR minutes. I’ve needed Klement approximately 3-4 times in the last 10 years or so and they are like Jimmy John’s……freaky fast response times!
I ended up needing a tow an hour and a half from Fort. I spent 4 hours dealing with Triple A and they kept screwing me over. I directly contacted Klement and they did not hesitate to work with Triple A and I to pick up my car and take it the same day. When Rod arrived, he was very helpful and even sent a photo of it parked in the auto shop! They do great work and I highly recommend them.
I personally saw Mike from the previous reviews incident! The tow truck driver was in his lane towing my car and could not move over! Mike was on an on ramp and did not yield ! By no means was run off the road! Mike must not know the on ramp yields to the lane! Learn how to drive before you spread lies about a hardworking family run business with rave reviews about service and standards!

ROD towed my jeep yesterday. He was extremely fast. AAA said he would be an hour and actually got there within a half hour of me requesting services. I highly recommend this company!
Called for a tow today as my wife and I appeared to be stranded in Monroe with car trouble. They answered the call quickly, took all the information and actually diagnosed the problems we were having with our vehicle. They walked us through a remedy to get the vehicle safely back on the road and home safely, without asking for anything in return. Ronnie said, I could have towed you back to Fort Atkinson, charged you $400, but then I would have felt like a jackass all weekend. Truth is, too many people take your money and don’t care if they are a jackass. Because the world sadly evolves around money. Well, here we have one person that doesn’t care as much about money as he does helping his fellow man. For that, he deserves all the respect and success that this world has to offer.
Today your assistance helped us get home to our children quickly and saved us hundreds of dollars. You have a life long customer now and my word of mouth will hopefully bring you more success as well.

I called for a quote on how much it would be to get my car towed a long distance. In the end it was not worth the price since I was trading the car in. However I need to write a review anyway because he was very honest and fair about his pricing, and even offered me advice on what to do in my situation. I could tell he had a lot of integrity, and I respected what he had to say. If you need assistance in the fort Atkinson area definitely give them a call.
My battery died in downtown fort, I called Klement. Despite being swamped with calls at the Jefferson swap meet they answered the phone and rerouted a tech to help me jump my bike. Two good Samaritans helped me pop start my bike by the time the tech arrived (thank you to the guys who push started me) which was only about 20 minutes after I called, too many good people in fort I guess! But I called back and offered a service charge and the guy on the phone (owner?) Declined and said don't worry about it. Thank you so much, sorry to waste your time but I'll absolutely call Klement if I get in a situation again!
I went in the ditch at 5:30 am and called Rod, said he’d be there in 20min, meanwhile someone driving by pulled over and pulled me out. Rod showed up 20 min later as he said I gave him $50 for coming there, I fully expected him to be much more upset, noticeably bother took the $50 and told me to have a nice day. Good guy.
Locked my keys in my car and Rod was so friendly, courteous and fast. I highly recommend using this company. The reviews really speak for themselves. Felt good to be treated as though people really do care.

Called AAA and Rod came out and rescued us on I-94 as it was about 8 degrees. He arrived earlier then I was told. He set us up to wait in his warm truck while he loaded my SUV. One of the friendliest guys I’ve ever met! Gave me some great advice and referred some decent places to call for service. Rod and this company was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! Just a quick review to say Thank You to Klements towing! I was stuck in the middle of the street and got help quickly . My car was taken care of beautifully. The service was awesome! I would very much recommend this company to anyone that needs help. My situation could have been a lot worse if I didn't have this help. Hopefully i wont need a towing company again any time soon, but if i do, i know who i will call :)
Quick! Fast! And super friendly and knowledgeable! My furl pump went on on the side of the interstate and I gave them a call for a tow truck and within 15 minutes they had a truck out picking me up. The driver was nice and kind and also the owner. This is a solid great company that I will call next time I'm broken down for fast great service.
93 degrees out, Father’s Day, traveling with my family and the trailer tire blew out. No clue who to call as I was on 94 east of Johnson Creek. The first 6 towing companies I Googled all said they could not help. I called the 7th - Klement Towing & Recovery. Ron, the owner, came out and helped us. Very reasonable pricing, and a good guy. Don’t hesitate to call Klement when you’re stuck on the side of the road and need help!
AAA said Klement would be 45 minutes which is great service.
The courteous, competent driver was here in 4 minutes on the coldest day of the year.

Ron was the driver who picked up my car and towed it 84 miles. My car is 90 years old. Ron took extra care to see that it was safely attached to his truck, and made sure I removed anything that might detach at towing speeds. He even offered me snacks on the ride home. Ron is definitely an asset to this form.
First snow storm of 2012 (Draco) and I end up sliding into a ditch and hitting a sign at around midnight. Stupid me for driving in the storm. The tow truck driver who came was very nice and did what he could. Because I messed up the suspension it was undrivable so it had to stay at Klement's property. Because it was 5 days before Christmas it was important for me to get this taken care of right away. I tried to call back the next day to figure things out. The owner (forgot his name) told me that he hadn't slept at all and to call back tomorrow after informing me that I needed to pay for every day that it's stored there. I call back the next day. After telling me that he hadn't slept in 3 days, he rudely tells me that I was supposed to call someone else for an estimate. He says that when we last talked I did not get this information from his because I was driving when we talked. Obviously, I have not driven since my car has been on his property. This was all very frustrating because Christmas was coming and I had a lot of my things in my car that I needed. When I called once again (after knowing I could not get an estimate until after Christmas because he had dragged his feet just long enough) he was about to not let me grab my things out of my car until I paid the towing and storage bills.
This all happened the weekend before Christmas.
I'm sorry that you hadn't gotten any sleep. When you own a towing company, sometimes, especially during winter storms, that's your job. But please don't take it out on me by being rude. Where's your Christmas spirit?
