First time dealing with this company and it's the best I've ever dealt with in 40yrs of doing sleds, being from upstate ny no one can come close to these young men for there knowledge and experience driven. They are very polite and well manners and the prices are the best I've come across. Top tier service. Not one to leave reviews but Scott was super helpful. Was able to get my clutch checked out super fast (especially for the amount of work they had). Was super helpful and gave advice on some other sled issues I was having.
Great place, friendly staff very helpful , was getting back into snowmobiles after years of being out of the sport , found parts and helpful advice to put together a couple of older sleds on the cheep.. so my younger son and I could go out and enjoy the sport again !

They are into newer sleds ,no luck on my old one for even info . Nice people at counter but I'm still in search of an old school sled mechanic ,any ideas?

Went there and bought a throttle housing for 40. Got it. Took it home sad on my dresser till I went out to my sled only to find out I had the piston built backwards. Took the throttle cable back into the store after I called and said I dident need it. Remind never installed it nothing. When I got there he told me some things were broke. When I never even installed it. Gave me 30 dollars back. In other words he sold me a faulty part and I took it back and got 30 when I paid 40.
I usually am stopping in a few times a winter from the Rockford area. These guys are great. They have everything! Great prices. Expert staff.. you need parts for sleds this is your one stop shop! They also carry parts for quads n side by sides too.. however I have only gone for snowmobile parts so far.. knock on wood
Went there for a rebuilt crankshaft and was told it was rebuilt on 3 different conversations only to find out it wasn't and was just "gone through"! Know what your buying from them, they are misrepresenting the items they sell! I will never go back and will tell everyone I know to go somewhere else.
Awesome spot for repairs and used parts! These guys worked with me on a bad situation I was in with a blown motor. Scott/Ryan do things right and are both top notch.
I have gone to KB for many years now for used & new Yamaha triple parts. They have always had what I needed for my old Vmax or pointed me in the right direction. I’d highly recommend these guys for any snowmobile parts and service!
It was great took care of all my needs and did everything awesome I was very impressed and I recommend to anybody else who owns a sled or beginner that's going to look intothe should stop by. Wow, these guys had knowledge of most every part of every model of machine. Huge amounts of used clean labeled inventory and ability to get almost any part brand new oem, or aftermarket.
Bought a spindle for my machine here and was wrong side...looks same but doesnt have a bevel on top inside for clearance..threw sled together in a hurry for a trip not noticing difference. When I let out of the throttle at 60 spindle hit a-arm and sent sled left hard and rolled totaling sled. No help offered dont buy here.
