As my friend and I tried to load an inoperable car onto his trailer the winch decided to stop working. Went to JF Auto and RV and a tech came over to help get the winch working and when he couldn't he supervisor came over and used his Jeep to get the car on the trailer. Incredible customer service by incredible people.
