This place is great! I found what I was looking for and alot of them to chose from. Going there again tomorrow for more. Friendly staff, everyone was easy to ask questions from and knew where everything was. My new favorite scrap and salvage yard!
Very nice customer service! Walked the yard looking for parts but also just to check out their vast collection of EVERYTHING. Saw heavy duty trucks, tractors, motorcycles, early 1900s cars, lots of 40s-70s cars and trucks and plenty of late model vehicles.
Cooley’s is great to work with. I have scrapped vehicles; and ordered garbage dumpsters and scrap dumpsters from them. Their prices are the cheapest around for the dumpsters too. Staff are also nice.
Well I do like going out there + have for a few years, am treated well too- but I did think they were open on Saturdays in the AM till noon, but went there the last two/were closed no one around?? Am thinking they are not open on Sat. anymore, does anyone out there know or why this changed/or is this just for the summer? Thanks...
Helpful staff, and very knowledgeable about the automotive industry. I have a lot of respect for people like them. Glad to see that there are still people that care about their customers and not just looking for a fast buck by selling you parts you don't need
Been dealing with the Cooley's for years no complaints from me they are good people and very fair to deal with! Lot's of rusty gold to look at and buy!
I scrapped a vehicle with Cooley's about 2 years ago and they were so accommodating and gave market price for the scrap metal. Highly recommend you call them before scrapping somewhere else. Great service and really nice people.

First time here, super great experience. Staff was super friendly and helpful and the guy in the yard even switched out my hoods for me and took my old hood. Saved me money and the stress! 10/10 will def come back here when needed.
My son went here to get a new grille for his car. When he first arrived he had drove his car into the lot and was not warned while driving back that isn’t allowed. He had brought a big toolbox to harvest parts and one of the workers confronted him and proceeded to yell at my child. My son apologized and was still feeling under attack so he agreed to leave and checkout. While checking out my son was describing the car the part had come from to the front desk lady and the same guy that yelled at him busted in and started calling my son a liar and said he was “trying to steal parts” because the car did not exist. Sure enough when the front desk lady plugged the car into the computer the car did pop up and his price was going to be $5. The guy then told the girl to raise the price to $25. Was not happy with how my son was treated and will not be returning for business in the future.
Worst experience I have ever had. Called over 4 times to get my immobile car picked up. Set two appointments that were never kept and two promises of call backs that were never made. The desk clerk is by far the most unprofessional person I have ever talked to. After I asked for a simple confirmation of pickup since I had recently recieved a warning from the city because my car was sitting too long (Cooleys hadn't picked it up after the 3rd time trying), they said "if it's really that big of a deal call someone else". BYE!... the only reason I called was because they had such good reviews. Wow! Worst mistake of my life.
Best place to buy used parts and haul scrap metal salvage in Wisconsin with good prices and competitive pay for salvage. Tons of antique and vintage car parts that are almost impossible to find anywhere else.
Called on a Monday. Was told I'd get a call back in about 1 hour. I called them back 4 hours later. They said sorry, been busy. Tuesday, I call twice. Both times I'm told they will get a guy to call me back. Never happened. Call Wednesday morning, I'm told the guy is gone but will call upon his return. Wednesday, 3:00 pm. Asked about my part, got put on hold. Forevaaaaaa.
Will NOT shop for parts here again, as they are rich enough to ignore customers as they please.
I arrived a few minutes late on a Saturday but they still took the time to unload my trailer. Very friendly staff & they take the time to answer any questions I have. Keep up the good work.
The people seem very nice and helpful scrap metal may or may not a couple cents Less on a given day but the workers don't scare me like they do with some junk yards LOL
