Been here for service several times. No messing around here. I like to physically see the problem and they allowed me to take a look. Very knowledgeable. The part was delivered so quickly, had U-joint replaced in 1/2 an hour. Old school set up, excellent service. Been there several times, never over charged. The receptionist is very personable and does a great job of finding parts at a great price.
This company saved my trip across the country. Right outside of Eau Claire, my tire pressure light came on in the beginning of the drive to North Carolina. Called Bullseye, and they told me to come right over. I was in and out within 25 minutes start to finish. They willingly interrupted their day to fix my tire. If I lived in Eau Claire, I would never go any where else. Not only did they help get me back on the road (while I was traveling with my cat and dog), but they also didn’t charge an arm and a leg for the service. Quality service, great customer experience, honest pricing. I am so grateful for this place.
Installed my winter tires. They noticed that two of the tires were mounted backwards (they are a directional tread) and they fixed it fast. Very reasonably priced and very friendly and helpful.
I had a tire blow up right nearby here. Ended up asking them for one and they had the exact tire I needed. They swapped it out quickly and professionally. Lifesavers
I had a really good experience for the longest time with this shop then I needed my engine replaced so to continue bringing my bringing my business to the same spot I had them fix it little did I know they were not qualified qualified or certified or certified for the job they did not have the tools to do the job they ended up keeping my vehicle for about 2 and a 1/2 months and then gave me my vehicle with a coolant problem and refuse to help fix it honestly I just wouldn't bring my business back here ever again
Love the people and service I always feel taken care of when I go here it's the only place I go to get work dont on both my vehicles there very awesome in the job they do never have a problem after they work on my vehicles
Extremely happy with the service that was provided by this shop. I was quoted an unreasonably high price by a different shop for a brake issue, so I called Bullseye and they saved me over $600! Not only that, they got my vehicle back to me far quicker than I expected. I will definitely be coming back to Bullseye and recommending them to family and friends as they were great to work with! Friendly, got the part in on time, got the job done when they said they would, all for a much more affordable price than other shops quoted. My first visit, but it won't be my last.
Were going to order an Acura part and only to find out that they had not ordered it and had to use aftermarket belt tensioner. Not a pleasant experience when the shop had over a week to get the part prior to my appointment
I never do a review but I feel the need. They did give nice tires and rim for a good price! Can't complain there, but I took my car there twice and each time it came back with a bigger problem that wasnt there before. Maybe a coincidence? Very upset as in my car still isnt driveable because of the new problem that was not there before!! Will not be going back, very disappointed.
Needed emergency brakes, rotors and calipers on our Chevy 3500. Curt moved mountains to get the truck fixed with no notice. Very impressed with their fantastic service!
