April and Jay were amazing this morning when I was stranded on the side of a very busy hwy 53. They were fast and efficient! Two very kind and down to earth people and took their job very seriously. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of a towing service!
I had car troubles last night and called my insurance, mikkelson got right on it and gave me fast service and they were very very nice, 10/10 very much recommend.
I'm writing this at 3 in the morning to give the biggest THANK YOU!! to April and Jay for rescuing me from an awful night. I locked my car and housekeys in my car and had been sitting on my cold driveway trying desperately for over two hours to get someone to come out and unlock it. My insurance roadside assistance couldn't find anyone, the other locksmiths and towing companies didn't even answer the phone. And then i called Mikkelson's and April and Jay were at my house within 20 minutes, got my car unlocked and they did it with such kindness and good humor, even having me sit in their truck to warm up! I 100% will call them if i ever need towing or lock help again and I'll recommend them to friends and family!
Called for a tow, was able to drive away instead thanks to their help getting the car started. Quick, friendly, efficient service. Will use again and highly recommend.

Showed up quickly, got my vehicle where it needed to go with no problems! Very friendly and helpful, and will definitely use them again if I need a tow for any reason!!
Vehicle was overheating and I couldn't figure out why. They showed up within 30 mins of me calling and had me loaded up within 5 mins. Towed it to my preferred mechanic and the costs was half of what I've paid other tow companies in town for the same service.

Was very helpful and kind . Hyvee had our car towed and jay was very kind and listened to my life problems we were already having and helped get us our car back the same day knowing we needed for work and our kids .
They were quick and professional, they were patient with me to grab some of my stuff from my vehicle on site and accommodating to get the rest of my things out of my vehicle from their yard. Jay was who I worked with and answered his phone clearly and professionally. The yard looked nicely kept for how many vehicles they had there - it was easy to get my stuff out and get the photos I needed of my vehicle formy insurance.
Jay was very friendly and showed compassion by making sure I took my daughter out of the car on the safest side. He was timely and professional. I highly recommend!!

Con: immediately the driver used shady tactics to try to get me to sell or barter the vehicle in tow to him in place of the tow charge.

Don’t bother with these guys. Complete scam. I have video footage of them swerving on the road and intentionally taking the wrong turn. Scratched up the bottom of my car and exhaust system. $400 tow just to spend more on fixing the damage they caused. Wouldn’t leave my house either after dropping off truck. Had to threaten police.
Very prompt and polite. Came within a half hour of call...as they were on the other side of town...them driving to me and around 8 miles to a mechanic cost me under $80. This was for a 4 door sedan. I would definitely recommend them!
