Had a hybrid that I couldn't get into neutral due to the EV battery being dead. Was concerned it was going to be a big job to get it moved. These guys got the job done no problem. Fast and fair price. Highly recommend!!
I've used Big Rig exclusively for 10 years and had great service and we're charged fairly. This week we had a semi in a accident, not major. It was pretty close to a regular tow aside from the truck had 2 front flat tires. This was a 45 mile tow and we were charged $6850.00. $1500 per hour for the truck a $250 fuel surcharge which is horrible, that truck probably didn't even burn $250 in fuel all week. This was straight up robbery. I will NEVER us Big Rig again. Andrew at their office was a total jerk to deal with also.

My husband and I ran into a mess of issues with our trailer while hauling a load of cattle, and I must say that the guys working for this company went above and beyond to help us get back on the road. They were extremely professional, respectful, and patient while delaing with our unique situation (aka hauling a trailer load of cattle at the time). They went above and beyond to help us get our trailer back up working, so we could get back on the road as fast as possible. I would recommend this company to any person who is in need of help while hauling a large trailer! These guys are the best!

The staff at Big Rig towing did a great job getting me out of a jam with my boat and trailer when the axle failed. Coming home from vacation after 2 weeks I was stranded at a gas station with no way to get my boat over to the repair shop that agreed to take a look at it and let me know what needed to be done. Big Rig was prompt, courteous, and thorough getting my boat to River States Truck and Trailer for repairs. All in all the effort between River States and Big Rig towing eliminated a great deal of stress from my trip back. Great job to the tow drivers and the promptness of the tow.

I spoke with Jake to get a quote. I have been in the trucking business for over 15 years. For all those years I've NOT seen one single honest tow truck company. But today I realized there are honest and trust worthy businesses in the towing business left out out there. Excellent customer service. They will not rip you off, fair rates, goood company. Great Guys! I was in a bind to get 2 large fuel tanks unloaded. They were on site in 1 Hr, did a great job and were very reasonable price wise. They did 3 times the work at less money than the competitor we used in the area last. A 75 ton Rotator is awesome! Don't call a crane when the rotator can do it.
Very timely and kind customer service. We had a coach bus break down, and they were able to help us in a pinch. They noticed there was an air tank welded right where they needed to hook up the bus and instead of just crushing the air tank (like a previous towing company has done to us before) they called me and told me that there would be a slight delay because they needed to switch vehicles to safely tow it.
In the past, a different towing company completely crushed our air tank and cost us down time and money. These guys did an excellent job.
Great experience with this company. Breakdowns always seem to happen on a Sunday while traveling home. These guys showed up in 20 mins on a very hot day. They had a recommendation for a shop and told me the tow price before they came to get me.

Jon picked me up on I-94 after my 5500 truck broke down. I was traveling through on my way to Indiana and he went above and beyond in helping me find a repair shop and arranging travel plans after we dropped my vehicle off. He definitely improved a difficult situation.
Dan was professional and polite. When my insurance company failed to help, Big Rig towing worked directly with me and had a truck to my location within an hour. Dan dropped me off and walked me into the shop and made sure I was taken care of. It was refreshing to see someone go the extra mile. I will refer anyone to Big Rig towing who needs their services.
I blew a tire on 94w on my way back from the dells. A state tripper was able to get Big Rig Tow out to me in less than 20 minutes. I'm obviously not from the area, the driver was able to reccomend a shop and even offered to talk to one of the employees after hours to see if they could get it fixed as soon as Monday. He was even nice enough to drop me off at the kwik trip across the street from the shop so I could wait for a ride home. I wish I would have gotten his name, I know he mentioned he had picked up a weekend that wasn't his though, so I know he is a worth while employee worth keeping.
A car crisis on the freeway isn’t usually what someone includes when describing a great day, but it was true for me. John from big rig towing was there quickly to help get me and my car off the freeway and to a safe location. His competence and friendly, warm, and professional demeanor turned my whole day around. My car broke down in Eau Claire WI and had to be towed to MN. The tow driver was beyond helpful and took care to make sure my little sports car made it onto the flatbed safely. Everything was done with a smile and it made having to have my car towed a little easier. Great company!!

Extremely fast, professional and efficient. They were incredibly knowledgeable on the best approach and stopped the truck from tipping over on it’s side when towing it out of the ditch. What should have been a stressful situation was handled with such ease. Jim is a rockstar! Highly recommend!!!

Had an amazing experience. Jon was professional and super personable. Big Rig towing made an annoying experience a lot easier than anticipated. Was going to have to wait 2 hours for triple a and wasn’t willing to wait that long, and Big Rig was there within 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend them!
Great crew! I rolled my truck and rv trailer in Eau Claire. After I was released from the hospital that night with no major injuries. I went and talked with the recovery crew. Made arrangements to come back up the following day to remove personal items from the wreck. And then made plans to come up the following weekend to clean out what was left behind. The entire time I was there going through the trailer and truck employees were coming out asking to lend a hand if I needed anything ect... Just a great crew very friendly.
