If i could give more stars i would. I can not say enough about this company. Rodell towing took them over and they are hands down the best towing company in EC. I had a string of unfortunate events and Rodell/Loft came to my rescue. They were prompt and there within 30 minutes. The tow truck operators were kind and very nice, they were helpful and efficient. They took me and my car to the shop and then even gave me a ride to my house a few miles away. The prices are very reasonable. They were the CHEAPEST in EC and i called multiple places to price shop. They are definately my new go to company for towing needs. THANKS FOR BEING THERE WHEN I NEEDED YOU RODELL!
Definitely the best in the area. When we got stuck with a busted drive shaft, Loft charged 4x less than other companies to get it towed. The towing operator was very helpful in telling us what was wrong and roughly how much it would be to fix everything. Definitely calling here again for any future towing needs.
Where do we even begin! In the last month and a half we have used them twice
for towing services. The first one was on our wedding day when we got in an accident. The driver was so polite and professional. I know it might not sound like much to some but he apologized for the accident, which he didn’t cause and congratulated us on our wedding. The second tow was for my son who totaled his car. We all work later in the day and they worked with us to get his car. The two gentleman were so helpful, professional and good company while waiting for more help. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service! Thank you guys and you are doing an amazing job!
We were stranded just outside of Blair for the second time and we had 4 kids with us our driver was fast getting there. The driver was super nice, very social talked with us the whole time to ease our nerves. He dropped the car off at the dealership and even brought myself and my kids home so I wouldn’t have to wait for my husband to come get us. He went out of his way for us after an extremely stressful situation! Thank you so much for quick service and for being so kind :)
Very fast response time. We ran out of gas on the interstate in 91 degree weather. These folks got to us quick and got us back on the road again. Very professional, Thank you Loft Towing!
Me and my friend hit a deer just outside of osseo (about an hour from where we live) and the towing company was very kind and accommodating. We had to wait for a ride and they got my dog water since it was hot out. Kind and friendly workers.
We were involved in a multi-car accident on a snowy afternoon in February. Our truck was drivable, but significantly damaged. Despite the fact that several vehicles remained in the freeway median, Loft personal attended to the individual needs of those involved. They arranged for a rental car in Eau Claire and drove us to the airport to pick up the vehicle. As we drove home to Duluth, they towed our truck to a safe impound lot for safe keeping. We returned a day later, with our other car, to pick up the items that were left in our truck. We were met promptly by Loft staff. We were given access to our truck, we removed what we needed and resumed our trip to Florida. Loft personnel had already arranged an appraisal from a local body shop. We can’t thank them enough for their help, compassion and understanding under very trying circumstances.
This past Thursday on our way home from Sartell, MN after having bi-lateral knee surgery out vehicle broke down on the Highway in Wisconsin. We had to call 911 to tell them we needed help and I needed help with my husband. He just had surgery lesson than 24 hours. Mind you, we have a 10 Hour drive back home to Michigan.
While waiting for Towing company, a state police officer pulled up and asked who I called for assistance. I got the number and he said good they are great guys I know them. I told him my situation and he said that he would call them and see where they’re at and he did. #first wiseman.
It seem like in 10 minutes and then there with three trucks. Two different type towing Vehicles and a double cab truck. Dave and I spoke with the owner Scottie and he was remarkable to say the least ! # second wiseman. The owner of the company was so nice and reassuring. He said don’t worry he’ll take care of everything. First of all, I’ve never had a towing company that was so nice! To bring extra help like that was unbelievable!
The 3rd driver, James #third wiseman had a double cab truck. While James helping my husband into the truck I got our bags and put them into the truck.
The guy took us back to OSSEO, Wisconsin (35 miles back) and took us to a Enterprise Rent-A-Car. We have the worst customer service ever from them! So we can wait till 5 pm get a car. I asked them if they had a airport they go yes so he called out there and no they were no vehicles. I asked for the number to the airport to see if there were other Rent-A-Car places he said yeah just call the airport. By that time the driver we had was on the phone and he said they had cars available to rent at the airport so we took us at least 15 miles to the airport. We rented a midsize car so Dave had room to spread out his legs. We got at set and asked James if we could pay him for gas....he said no!
So we had a Christmas Miracle-three wiseman and an Angel. Thank you Loft Towing Company, OSSEO, Wisconsin!

Thank you to Scotty who went above and beyond to diagnose our brake issue where we were at, then proceed to fix it in record time in order to allow us to continue on our road trip from Milwaukee to Minneapolis! He considered our safety, our budget, and our needs and even called later that night to make sure we arrived safely! Thank you SO much! We only wish we lived closer so he could repair our car anytime we needed it!
Awesome service!! Broke down on the side of I-94 and waited for State Farm’s roadside assistance for over 4 hours!! I called Loft Towing LLC instead and they were out there in 15 minutes!! They also have great prices! They helped us out a lot! Thanks again!
Go here if you ever need someone friendly, quick and reliable to help you out. We were on and off the phone with them all afternoon as we waited for our insurance company’s contractor for 3 hours, and finally asked Loft to come out and help. They got to us right away and did everything they could to help! Highly recommend.
On my way from Ellsworth, WI to Osseo for a youth basketball tournament this morning when my engine lights came on. My truck lost power and would only go 45mph Max... Finally got to the school, looked up local repair shops and called Loft based on their reviews. Scott and his partner came and picked up my truck, took it to their shop, diagnosed it, ran for parts, repaired it and delivered it back to me at the school before the tournament was over.... Couldn't have asked for a better experience being out of town not knowing who to call. Scott and company knocked it out of the park. Hopefully I'll never need that kind of service again but I certainly wouldn't call anyone else if I were anywhere near Osseo. Nice job guys, you definitely saved my day!
I was on the side of 94 outside Eau Claire waiting (unsuccessfully it turns out) for AAA to find a tow truck. The State Patrol suggested I call Loft Towing instead. Smartest thing I ever could have done. They were fast, professional, and had me on my way home again safely. Scotty and team are AMAZING!
My wife and I are from Washington state travel the country and through the Osseo area routinely. When travelling it is hard to find a repair facility you can trust and rely on. We have had service performed more than once and would highly recommend the Loft Service Center. We are so confident in being treated fairly and paying a fair price that when we left Washington this year we put off our brake service until we could arrive at the Loft Service Center. Once again we were not dissapointed. Great place, great people.

We were on our way to the Twin Cities from Milwaukee when our transmission fluid hose came off. The car was not drivable and we had no idea who to call being unfamiliar with the area. Scottie came out to help us immediately and towed us back to the shop. Our problem was solved within the hour. He was friendly, honest, and went above & beyond to help us. He turned what could have been a ruined vacation into a minor inconvenience. It was a pleasure to have him helping us and I would absolutely recommend LOFT towing to anyone in need.

Driving to Fairchild and hit a deer, right in the front center of my car. Pulled over and the car was smoking from inside. Called for a tow from Loft Towing. Both Curtis and driver were at the site pretty quick, very professional and nice! We are not from the area so they gave us recommendations as to where to take my car for repair. I got a flat on the highway and this place was the closest auto shop around. I am so happy it was because this place was amazing! Manager and mechanics were super friendly and helpful. They fixed my tire and got me on my way. Service was the fastest I have ever had and the price was cheaper that I imagined. They didn't try to price gouge me or B's me about other stuff wrong with my car. Great local place I would highly highly recommend
Yesterday we broke down in Osseo...3 hours from home. These guys were FANTASTIC! They fit us in immediately and we were back on the road in a lot less time than we expected! Awesome service!
I take my car to them with all my service needs, and they get done fast and the right way. Roger is very knowledgeable in what he does and always makes sure his customers are happy.

Had a run of bad luck while servicing my rural mail route over the course of a week. On two separate occasions I required removal from some steep shoulders on seldom traveled stretches of road. Despite being in the middle of the woods on iced-over dirt roads The Lofts tow truck operators were able to locate me and extract my vehicle in a timely manner.
Motor blew up on my car on the interstate. Loft Towing got to me very quickly, and he was very friendly. Was nice to see his concern of having my family safely off the side of the road. Reasonably priced too!
We were on a fishing trip , had a blowout, came in unexpected with boat and trailer. They mounted two tires within a reasonable amount of time, charged a fair price, and we were back on the road. As an automotive shop owner in Indiana I was impressed with this shop . Thank You
Poor Experience - very rude customer service, especially post-tow.
Needed to get bill sent to me for insurance purposes and when i called the # the owner was very rude to me.
Obviously when you need a tow, you do not usually have the luxury of being picky and reading through reviews.
