Worker would not come out to put a new battery in the car stated oh it's to cold I am not doing it lost that sale I went to Walmart got a battery 10 min job done did it myself
On vacation and kept having to jumpstart truck with Halo. In Door County there aren’t a lot of places so I googled and saw this Auto Zone had high reviews.
Dan, the manager, helped me out, pulled the old battery, installed the new, and had me back on the road.
I highly recommend stopping here for any auto needs!
Great place. I broke my serpintine belt on vacation. Loaned me the tools and had my parts. So, I was able to fix my vehicle and get on my way back home.
Tried to buy parts for a class I was teaching through a local technical college so asked for commercial help. Person behind the counter was very short and rude and not helpful at all. I politely left and went to Oreillys up the road and had no issues at all and they helped me out. Will not recommend anyone buy parts here.
Been buying all my parts from Autozone for many years.Great selection of parts in stock and same day availability for parts not in stock. Dan is always helpful and very knowledgeable.
Just called to be greeted with the grumpiest least helpful old man on earth. These guys just grunt at you when you walk in… god forbid you need a reading

Simple thing: Bigger metal caps for four tire valves. Nice selection and reasonable prices. Guys are very helpful. Now I don't have to try to get those tiny plastic caps off to inflate in sub-zero weather.
This older gentleman behind the counter 7/16/22 obviously did want to be there. I'm sure it was him that Hung up the phone on me 2 times before I got there. He did the same to two more calls when I was in line. He was working whit a lady on her head lights. He was frustrating the customer because he refused to listen to the customer. Finally it was my turn. I told him I needed a thermostat gasket for a 4.3 v6 GM in a boat this is a very common gasket. He didn't want to look at his gaskets and told me yes they probably have it.... but He wasn't going to look. Glad the auto parts store up the road have skilled help! We put 3 fish in the box last night no help to AutoZone!! I won't be back.
I've been buying from them for the last 7 years. Without question --- The best auto parts store in the area. Online ordering is very easy and the parts are picked quickly and waiting for me near the counter. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to approach with questions. Bought a new battery today. When I went to pick it up I asked if they would install it. 10 degrees out with a -4 wind chill. 2 guys threw on their coats, grabbed the new battery and had it installed in just a few minutes. Best customer service in town!!!
Very helpful staff. Needed a new "closeup mirror." Staff member showed me the exact instore location of mirrors which has a large selection of sizes and shapes of mirrors.
Stopped in to have my camper battery tested. It came back as “a bad battery” and they told me I needed to replace it. I took my chances and went down the road to O’Reilly and had them test it. There they said all looked good and even took the time to charge it for me. It was no wonder why there wasn’t a single car in Autozone’s parking lot either time that I stopped by but O’Reillys had a line even with 4 registers open. Glad I didn’t follow though with Autozone’s “trustworthy advice” and give them my money to replace my battery.
They asked me if the caliper i needed was for a (same model) escape with rear drums vs an escape with rear discs, after i told them discs they proceed to give my buddy A CALIPER FOR A CAR WITH DRUMS IN THE BACK. If i could give it less i would! this is why oreilys is better
Associates seem knowledgeable but I don't need them spouting their political rhetoric. Management doesn't care if customers wear masks even if they are mandatory. Social distance not practiced of enforced. I won't be back.
These guys really know what they're doing. They called to let me know when the part was in. Smooth sailing from entering there's service to leaving. They really have the best prices in sturgeon Bay.
Amazing experience! We had an old, dud battery in our truck and needed a new one to get home. Chris quickly found us a great new battery with a warranty. However we didn't have any tools in the truck. Chris said he was our guy and swapped out the old battery for the new one in -16°F wind chill, in the dark! He did it with a smile and made it seem like it was nothing. Way to go above and beyond! Thank you Autozone for having the battery we needed and for hiring a winner like Chris. His actions left a lasting impression for sure!
