Good place for your auto parts

Poor customer service. I asked for an o ring that they have on their website for 79 cents. They bring me one for $15 and when I questioned it they said “that’s not what they cost anymore”. I showed them the website a lady comes over and says “this is all we have”. They charge more because they can not because they should.

They had the items we needed

Very nice and helpful. Knowing not that much about wiper blades, they steered me in the right direction and replaced them for me.

We were broke down 200 miles from home with a blown intercooler hose, on the 4th of July on top of it.We called Advanced Auto and spoke with Travis, he was super helpful on the phone and once we we were in the store, he had all the parts we needed. Super friendly and helpful, thank you Travis you saved us a lot of grief. And thank you Advanced for being open on a holiday. Happy 4th to you!

Very friendly and helpful

First time here. I’m a single female & not car savvy. Stopped in on my way to work for new blades because I couldn’t see thru my windshield with old blades and another storm is coming. Tracy is super competent... got me new blades and came out to the parking lot in the cold to take off old ones & put new ones on. Now I can get home after work safely! Thank you Tracy! You’re awesome!
