Over the years I have purchased cars from multiple dealerships, which tend to be agonizing, high pressure sales experiences that hold you captive for hours, try to 'upsell' and are less than forthright on things. I am thrilled to say Reliable Automotive Sales is NOTHING like them! Mike was responsive (even during off hours!), upfront, and offered a generous trade-in value based on the info I gave him (ahead of time), pending seeing the vehicle in person. There was a part of me that was anxious we would drive all that way only to have them say sorry, your vehicle is not as nice so the trade in value is less (based on other dealership experiences- kind of a bait and switch). Ahead of time, we had a purchase agreement tentatively figured out... When we got there, Mike confirmed the generous trade in amount he had offered, and because we had been able to work things out in advance, we were able to drive off the lot with the updated vehicle in less than an hour. It is clear to me that he takes pride in the reputation of the dealership and makes every effort to live up to that Reliable name. Next time I am in the market for a vehicle, I will definitely check out what they have to offer. Thanks!

My car was a total loss in an accident and the guys at Think Reliable helped every step of the way while I was in the process of shopping for a new vehicle. They never once pressured me to buy a vehicle from them, but offered great advice and information. They consistently kept me in the loop regarding vehicles they had coming on their lot. Their sales staff has been the best I've come across. Had a great experience working with Brennen. He was very responsive, knowledgeable, and just overall easy to work with. The vehicle was as advertised, priced competitively, and everything was just no hassle and not pushy which is a welcome change from most dealerships. Their selection of great vehicles speaks for itself. They're not big and flashy, but straight shooters and stick to their word. Where to begin. After an exhaustive, frustrating search for a truck. I found one online about three hours away. I contacted Brandon from Reliable and he was great sending me more pictures and answering all my questions. I was very Leary at first. As I dealt with them and read their reviews I decided to pursue purchasing the truck. When I arrived they had everything ready and the truck was what they had advertised. Easy to do with a nice vehicle. Purchase went well no issues. Drove home and found there to be a few small issues. Now is when one sees how a business handles customer service. They were outstanding! Stood behind their product and worked with me to handle everything. These are great honest people. Fair price on the truck. Fair price for my trade, and great customer service. I would not hesitate to travel and buy a vehicle from them.

My husband and I were looking for a newer vehicle recently and I actually was looking FORWARD to buying our vehicle at Reliable Auto. In the past I would dread the buying process at dealerships but 2 years ago when we were looking for a new truck, we tried Reliable Auto. We were so pleased with the no pressure, fair pricing and great service we received, we knew where to go when we were looking for a new Subaru last week. Everyone we worked with there was so friendly. Brennen was really great and Nick and Mike were also available to answer any questions. We wanted to test drive several vehicles and they were very accommodating. They took care of all the paperwork and made purchasing the car very easy. Nick spent over a ½ hour to show me all the bells and whistles on my new car before I happily drove off. Next time we or one of our kids needs a vehicle, we will be back.
