Another 5-star review from me as I'm not surprised to come here to see so many others and as close to zero subpar reviews as I've ever seen. A fantastic team, both the office staff and technicians. I've worked with them twice now and both technicians, Matt and Jason, were friendly, professional and went above and beyond given my particular situation. The same goes for the office staff who remained friendly and helpful even as I cancelled then rescheduled and then had an emergency situation pop up that they so kindly supported me through. Seriously. They could all offer seminars on business management and customer service. Bravo Verona Glass America team!!

I would highly recommend this place. We had been on the road for almost 12 hours when a rock hit our windshield and it instantly started to spider. I did a quick google search and came across this place and what a blessing it was. They were so kind to us and got us right in. The tech had already left the shop but was kind enough to come back just to help us out. The ladies in the shop were so friendly and welcoming. we enjoyed good conversation during our wait which wasn’t long at all might I add. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I can’t thank them enough for the kindness and compassion that they showed us they saved our trip!

WOW, What an amazing experience! They were half the price of the other estimates that I received. The customer service was amazing, they treat you like family from the moment they answer the phone till you are walking out the door with your new windshield. The 2 women at the front desk are amazing. There are free snacks/drinks and WIFI in the waiting room. Comfy chairs and a homey feel.

Overall professional, reasonably priced, good quality, and a great experience. Very fast service - I filled out the form on their website and had a call with a quote within an hour or two, and they said they could send someone to fix it the very next day. I was still shopping around at other places and they said the could match it if the terms were the same, but it didn’t matter as their price was right in line with others I could find in town. The tech was very professional and had it replaced quickly and the quality looks great - no issues so far and has the comfort of a lifetime warranty if any installation issues arise.

Given that I wasn't happy about needing a windshield replacement in the first place, this was one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. An actual human answers the phone. That human is actually friendly and efficient. The scheduling was flexible and I was able to get an appointment soon. The service was quick and the price was pretty reasonable. The staff were able to explain the price and the process clearly. I had a minor issue (the plastic cover around the base of the rearview mirror popped loose) and they sent someone to my house to fix it the next morning. Excellent service start to finish.

We had a wonderful experience with Glass America in Verona. The scheduling was easy, everyone we worked with was lovely. We dropped off the evening before, and our chip repair was completed early the next morning. Great experience all around.

Called and spoke to an agent over the weekend and they scheduled me for Monday. Rebecca called first thing Monday morning and asked if 11:30 would work. I arrived and was greeted by both Lori and Rebecca. They pointed me to the waiting area and also recommended places close by to walk to if I was interested. The waiting area felt like a living room- comfortable couch and chairs, tv, water and snacks. When Matt was finished replacing the windshield - he came in and got me. It was all very quick and they did a great job! I would highly recommend!

Really can't say enough about this place. Had my front windshield replaced and picked this place over the other known brand people typically go to because i was worried as I have a newer car that realies heavily on its sensors and have heard horror stories of it never being the same as original. Made an appointment. I had to change it. They were accommodating with that. Called the day of and said they could get me in early so I did. Office and wait area were comfortable with snacks and wifi which was nice as I thought I would be there for a few hours. Not the case at all! In and out in 45 minutes and the work done was fantastic! Insurance was billed and all i had was the deductible. On the drive home the sensors all worked flawlessly and was told if they dont to bring it back and they will fix until its right. They stand behind there work and I will definitely recommend to friends and family!

There’s a reason they only have 5 star reviews! I’m glad I chose Complete Auto Glass. I received a call minutes after submitting my insurance claim and could schedule as soon as the next day. I showed up for my appointment, waited in a comfortable waiting area with complementary drinks and snacks, paid my deductible and left an hour later with a new windshield. I will definitely go back if I need window repair or replacement again, and will recommend them to everyone.

They did a really good job. Did not overprice us. The workers were very friendly and were here on time. Had a very pleasant experience with this company all around. Pretty much everything you hope for in dealing with an auto service business. Hard to say that these days. Some places I called were asking for twice as much $. Thank you.

Incredibly friendly and professional staff. The quoted price to replace my cracked windshield was exactly same as other businesses. I chose this location due to its great reviews. I was not disappointed. Parts were ordered while I made the appointment to ensure that they arrived on time. My quote was accurate and the repair was completed same day as promised. I hope that I don't have to replace another windshield ever again, but this location would be my first choice.

What a delightful place! Very friendly people and, if you find yourself waiting for your repair, there's a cozy waiting room with a very comfortable couch. I was told my windshield installation would take an hour and a half and it was ready to go at 90 minutes on the dot! I really didn't want to give my money to Safelite, so I'm very glad I found this company!

Complete Auto Glass served me well. Very professional and very friendly. Their service was performed earlier than expected and at a price that was much more reasonable than their competitors. They found a second repair needed, and after a quick consult, went ahead and fixed that as well. I was back on the road in 30 min. Can’t speak highly enough about this family-owned business! Lori and her team are great. She was able to confirm that the correct glass was in stock, and able to get us in quickly. The price was as quoted. They are thorough and clearly take pride in their work. I'd highly recommend them.

I met Jason several years ago when I lived in Barneveld. He was very knowledgeable and was helpful to me when I needed a windshield (which I installed myself at the time). I held onto his card in case I needed glass work in the future. I like to support independent shops who do good work. So when I needed the windshield replaced on my Honda, I scheduled the work with Complete Auto Glass at the shop location in Verona. Lori said it would take about 45 minutes. By the way, Lori was very helpful over the phone. And I made an appointment for 8am, thinking it would be less likely to be get behind an earlier shop job that might cause a delay. I removed my dashcam and even the front A-pillar interior trim pieces so that no wires would be in the way. This is an old-school windshield - no radio antenna or anything fancy. Instead of 45 minutes it took nearly 90 minutes. I wasn't told why, but I know that things happen, and I wasn't really concerned. When the vehicle was returned to me, I was mildly disappointed to find a lot of dirt and debris on the dash - and large chunks of the old urethane on the carpeting. Also, one of the windshield wiper arms had not been properly indexed when it was re-installed. Ok I understand this is minor stuff. The glass itself did appear to be aligned straight and that's what really matters right? I decided this was all not worth worrying about and moved on. When I went to fix the mis-aligned wiper arm is when I discovered the deep scratches on the hood in both corners near the windshield. I was very surprised. It's apparent that no attempt was made whatsoever to protect the paint. I can't even imagine what they were doing to scratch it this bad, short of standing on it with their feet. So now I'm faced with having to sand and buff to correct the paint. I wasn't going to even write a review, but the constant reminder of seeing the scratched paint every time I walk up to my car now pushed me to do it. I need to get this off my chest. And they need to know that this kind of stuff does matter to people. I'm sorry Jason, but I will not be back. And if I ever need glass service of any kind in the future I will have it done at my location where I can observe the work being done. I gave 2 stars because to the best of my knowledge, the windshield has not leaked so far. So there is something positive.

Wow what an incredibly awesome experience from start to finish. We spoke with both Lori and Jason both of whom were incredibly professional, kind and courteous. They were able to quickly find an opening in their schedule for a new windshield for our car. During the time at their shop the installers were incredibly knowledgeable and even went so far as to show us the work they were doing and the areas of concern or what we should pay attention to. The atmosphere was nice and comfortable with wifi and ample precautions with the current pandemic. Overall this was an absolutely awesome experience for what is otherwise a bummer to have to deal with. They made it pleasant, quick and painless to get this issue resolved - can not recommend them enough - thank you for being fantastic!

Absolutely superb customer service!! I needed a windshield replaced in my car and I wanted to make sure to support a family owned business. They went above and beyond, especially making sure customers are safe during the COVID-19 outbreak. I would highly recommend this business to everyone. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would!

I had a boat windshield that separated from the frame and seal. I emailed Lori and asked if this was something they could fix. She responded very quickly and told me to bring it in for them to review. When I arrived with the windshield Jason fixed it quickly at no charge. I could not have wished for a better experience. This is a first class business with exceptional customer service.

Adam fixed my windshield while I was at work - it was very convienient and I didn't have to take any time off. I can't believe I got such great service at such a reasonable price!

I am so glad I called Complete Auto Glass in Verona! When I first called, I had to leave a message, but they called me back within 10 minutes and they were super friendly and helpful on the phone. They offered to come to my home (at no extra charge) to replace the back window in by van! They didn't have any disposal fees or trip charges either! Just simple, honest pricing. They showed up when they said they would and the installer was really helpful and kind. When they were finished, they were able to charge my credit card right away and they emailed me a receipt immediately. The window looks great and it was a really painless experience! I hope I don't need to have anymore glass replaced for a long time, but if I do, I will only use Complete Auto Glass!!!!

I am very happy with my experience at Complete Auto Glass and highly recommend them! Jason and Lori were great to work with and the process was straightforward. Lori gave me a quote via email that I had requested through their website. When I called to make an appointment Jason had the original quote and was very flexible with scheduling. While I got my windshield replaced I was able to stay in the comfortable waiting area. Jason ground and sealed some previously hidden rust after showing me the affected areas, at no extra cost. The work and customer service at this local business is great.

Very impressed with Complete Auto Glass! I had a chip in my front windshield from a recent trip and Jason did a fantastic job fixing the problem. The cost of the service was VERY reasonable. So I didn’t have to contact insurance to make a claim. I called at about 8:30AM and Jason came to my house by 11:30AM. He came to my house at no additional charge. And he was very courteous and professional. Great job!
