Great service! I was very grateful for how well everything went with Disch. I slid on ice off the road and into snow, so naturally, I needed someone to come tow me out.
Every other towing service I reached out to had hours of wait time. After being on hold with Finish Line for 45 minutes and never hearing an actual person once, and never even being able to reach Trollway at all, Disch picked up after one ring and got to my car within the next 30 minutes. The process was no hassle at all, and despite the fact that even my battery had died, we were done and I was back on the road very quickly.
My only slight issue whatsoever is that the price seemed slightly steeper than some of the alternatives. Considering I was a ways out of town and they arrived quickly unlike any of those alternatives, I cant really complain about that either though.
If I'm ever in a similar situation, I know who I'd call or recommend others to call!
We called to have our vehicle pulled out of the snowy ditch on this super cold day. They were very responsive and gave us a timeline of when they could come. We ended up getting the car out just before they were set to arrive. They answered right away when we called to cancel and were very kind about it.

My car broke down and went into "limp mode" and happened to be right next to this shop when it happened. They were very nice and helpful and took a look at it, when it was clear it wasn't a simple fix they helped give directions on the back roads into Madison to get it to a dealership. Was very friendly and I really appreciated the help and guidance.
I’m telling you what, went for a ride down and through the ditch! Well, you know how it goes! Caught a tree and oh hell, stopped abruptly! Needless to say the tree pretty much came out with the ole girl (my truck)! I called, fearing the worst! They worked with me, towed my truck out and then home this morning! Our truck was down a steep embankment with a tree lodged in the front end. Kyle our tow truck driver was amazing! He worked some magic and was able to get it up n out. They worked with us on the price of the tow, and we were even able to get it towed back to our driveway for a great price! Will never use a different company then Disch! Thanks Kyle and Disch Auto
I needed a truck box moved that I bought. Roger came and loaded it and then delivered it. He made it look so easy. Would use them again for my towing and flat bed needs.

$700 to tow from Verona to body shop on Stoughton Road. Rude arrogant attitude when I called for an explanation of the charges. If you’re in an accident or need urgent towing services don’t call Disch. You will be sorry.
Terrible customer service. Miserable to deal with on the phone and in person. I would recommend using another company even if you needed to be towed directly from Spring Rose Road where they are located.
So thankful to Disch Auto. They have helped me twice now, once in -20 F temperatures, and are just great. I have been impressed with their promptness and kindness...even in this frigid weather. Thank you, Roger!
These guys are the best! We've taken all of our vehicles to them for service over the years, and it's always fixed right the first time and they are honest!!!! No overcharging and telling you that other things are needed to be done just to make an extra buck!!!
The other night my boyfriend slipped off the road and ended up in the middle of a field. Thankfully, he was ok and called me to come and sit with him. It was 9:30 at night and freezing out. The police officers who responded to the call called Disch Auto to pull him out. Upon their arrival, the tow truck driver informed my boyfriend that he would only accept cash ($150) to get him out. It was now about 11 p.m. and we did not have that kind of cash on us. When my boyfriend explained this to the driver, he said he would not pull him out without cash payment. Again, thankfully I was there and able to find a 24 hour gas station with an ATM. When I returned, his car was being pulled out of the field and we went on out way. However, the rest of the night this experience did not sit well with me. Who carries that kind of cash on them anymore? Who doesn't accept cards, especially at that time of night?
The next morning, I decided to call the company and inquire about their payment policies. The gentleman that I spoke to said that all tow trucks are able to accept cash and credit card payments. When I then inquired as to why last night that was not the case, he was unable to answer my question. He asked who towed me and I gave a description of the man. Come to find out that the man who towed us was the owner of the business. He got on the phone and was very short and rude to me and told me that cash only payments at night were a company policy - a policy however that the rest of his employees seemed to be unaware of. After speaking to other people who have used their services, they also explained to me that this has not been their experience and that it seemed very odd that my boyfriend was treated this way.
So, I am writing this review in hopes of preventing other people from being treated the way my boyfriend was. If in fact that is a company policy, customers and employees should be informed of this before the truck is even called. I would encourage this business to think about the way it treats people, especially people in vulnerable situations. I would also recommend that with changing times the evaluate their current "policies" and realize that cash isn't always a realistic form of payment.
Had my car towed after an accident on 18/151. Kept it in their lot for 3 days instead of taking to body shop after incident. Charged more money than should have been charged. Also a bit short with me on the phone when I called trying to locate my car.
I called Disch Auto because my car wouldn't start, and I couldn't find anyone with jumper cables who could help me. The man who answered the phone told me what it would cost to have someone jump-start my car. I agreed to that amount. He said the truck would get to me in 10-15 minutes. It arrived in 9 minutes, and a polite and capable guy got my car running. I was actually charged $20 less than the price quoted over the phone.
