Great group of guys that work there. Honest and open people who won’t sneak fees in your invoice. They provide a fast, pleasant and thorough service. Tom’s also a great guy and even gave us a discount on labor! If your engine starts knocking, definitely give them a call.

I've had the guys at Turn 2 do a number of projects on my aging truck and they've done an excellent job every time. Definitely would recommend.

My car battery died on me and after I replaced the battery, I saw a few error messages on the dashboard. To be.safe, I drove to Turn Two to get the car tested. Turn Two did it right away and didn't charge me for the services. I am very grateful not only for the generority but for being the trust-worthy and friendly. Lucky Verona have Turn Two around.

BEST IN DANE COUNTY The work my car needed most mechanics would’ve gave up on. They ended up working on my car for a few months, replacing my rack and pinion about 4 TIMES!! Turn Two Auto never gave up and kept working on my car even when it was a total loss for them. They kept their original quoted price and never charged me over for all the additional repairs they made. THEY SAVED ME THOUSANDS, compared to if I went to another mechanic.

I really enjoy the customer service at this place. They are always very kind and polite to me. That means a lot in this day and age. They back up their work and explain what had been done so I can understand what I need to and what was done to my vehicle. They also let me know what to look out for to indicate any future problems. Great place. My only complaint is that they are a bit more expensive than other repair shops, so be prepared to get your wallet out.

This review is a bit overdue! The guys at Turn Two won me over with a simple tire repair that turned kind of ugly. Lots of work done at a reasonable charge. I responded with another ugly job: one that resulted in $5800 in repairs. They did a great job, got this truck back in service, and accomplished it promptly. Reasonable rates, qualified techs, and a genuine understanding of what SERVICE means. Thanks, gents!

Scott and the crew here are top notch! They fixed a bad squeak I had with my brakes, replaced my transmission fluid, and got the smell out of my AC, all in less than a day. They provided me with a loaner car (we thought it might take longer) and the price was right! I was initially told by a mechanic at one of the chains around town that my brakes needed to be replaced and they tried to upsell me on a bunch of unnecessary things. The guys at Turn Two helped me out and told me what actually needed to be done and what I could wait on. I'll definitely be bringing my car back here for any future repairs and maintenance.

Great experience with Turn Two. Came in with my car making a bad scraping sound. Even though they were booked out for weeks, they were able to take some time to look at the car and get me on my way today. Definitely a shop I'd return to.

Turn Two Auto Repair is a trustworthy local business that I'd come back to in a heartbeat for my car needs. I was told by a local dealer service center that my car needed new front and rear brakes. Turn Two assessed the brakes and was very forthcoming with me that they did not need replacement - it would have been very easy for them to just put new ones on and charge me. In the end, I didn't need new brakes for ~20k miles yet and they saved me a bunch of money now. I'll be coming back to them with my business.

Called Two Turn Auto a minute before close and inquired about having my vehicle towed to and serviced. Ended up having my vehicle towed elsewhere via Triple A due to convenience (traveling across the state the next day), but the customer service Scott displayed was fantastic. He pledged to at least give my vehicle a look on short notice and short staff due to the holiday and and then called the following day to make sure myself along with my vehicle were okay. I will be bringing my vehicle to Two Turn Auto for as long as I’m in the Dane County area! Stand up establishment!

I've had great experiences going to Turn Two Auto for 5+ years. I trust them, and they are very transparent about repair options for my vehicle. They communicate well, especially when a part is wearing out but doesn't need to be replaced yet. I work at Epic, and they are willing to drop me off if my car needs to be in the shop. That rocks.

I took my 2006 Toyota 4Runner here for a lot of maintenance repairs like timing belt, air filter, water pump, hoses, sway bar bushings, CV axels, new tires, new battery, etc. because a good friend of mine takes his car here and highly recommended these guys. Excellent customer service. and fair prices. A place I trust. I'm so happy to find a good local repair shop!

I've brought my car here a few times now over the past several months. Initially when my clutch went out on me unexpectedly and left me stranded, they were able to get it in right away to take a look at it and got me back out on the road faster than any other shop I called could have. I have now been back for a few other things and each experience has been great. Scott and his team are awesome. They're professional, super friendly, and communicate exactly what's going on with your car. You can tell they are car guys who really care about their work. Hands down the best customer service I've received from a mechanic. The shop is also very large and modern. I'll continue to come here as long as I live in Verona!

I have been a continuous customer since 2009. There is absolutely no other place I would trust with my car. I did stray once and ended back at Turn Two for them to repair the damage the other place charged me $$$ to repair, but did not! This fine team of excellent mechanics and overall incredible people are second to none.

We took our Honda Pilot in for front brakes and rotors which is what a local dealership told us we needed. Quote over the phone was less than the dealership so I thought I would give them a try. Really impressed, they actually told me I didn't need brakes yet but instead needed a MUCH less expensive cleaning and adjustment. They could have easily done a brake job and I would not have known the difference. Running an honest business with integrity has earned my business. Thanks guys!

Great place all around. New addition looks great! Never had any problems here. Mechanics are smart, friendly, and honest! Exactly the type of place people look for when they want work done, but most can never find. Highly recommend you go see for yourself this perfect hidden gem!

So far this has been the best car service place in Verona. They are usually pretty busy but when they are taking care of your car they do it right. Employees are friendly and helpful. They are very upfront with recommendations and what they think needs to be done. Price is also good and I felt like it was fair. They have just finished up a lot of construction and expansion so they have a whole new garage and larger lot. They had no problem servicing my older car and come across very knowledgeable. They were able to diagnose an elusive electrical issue so I was impressed with their expertise.

Great service. These guys are incredibly personable and really nice to talk to. They fixed my car and told me all about there process and how they figured out what was wrong. Their prices are very reasonable, and there service was as close to same day as possible (I really did a number on my car). I plan to come back whenever I need work done. Hopefully it won't be too soon though ?

Awesome! My steering was getting pretty sloppy in my truck and it’s only 5 years old so I called and setup up an appointment. They had me all fixed up that afternoon. Best experience I’ve had with a mechanic in a long time. I’m used to having new vehicles at a dealership so you have to take it once for the dealer to look st it then take it back to get fixed. Pleasantly surprised to get it all in one stop!!

This shop bent over backwards to help me as an out of state traveler that was broken down on a Friday afternoon. The new part they used failed a few days later, and they went the extra mile to cover costs to make it right. I could not have asked for anything more. They seem knowledgeable and honest.
