I only give the truth when I give reviews. Listen, when I tell you this is the worst tow company in Madison, believe me. I started off calling Precisions to make sure I have everything needed to get my items out of MY vehicle ( plus it’s a 30m drive there and back). Mind you I wasn’t driving the vehicle or had access to it when it was towed. Someone else did but it’s my car. I went Precisions to get my items out (8:20am) and Marcus the short mini buff guy gave me so much sass and said that my car wasn’t registered to me. After going back and forth about my car that doesn’t belong to him, I called the police. When the police got there, I noticed another guy standing around (who wasn’t brown skinned) and I asked if I could see his documents. The guy showed me his documents and it was the same documents I had for proof of ownership! Doesn’t surprise me, I knew he was attacking me because of the color of my skin. The kind officer gave the proof of ownership to the zesty tow man and he looked incredibly stupid in the face. The poor officer had to waste his time because the owner is all muscle and no brain. However, Marcus went back into the office to take care of the paperwork, but before he handles my paperwork he takes cares of another customer knowing I was late for work. No I didn’t get an apology from Marcus or the gentleman that ran into their cubicles. The treatment I received awful, but I’m glad the law was in my side today. This is the worst place ever!
Alicia was great! We arrived right as they closed after our friend was in big accident earlier in day. We were in a bind because travelling. Alicia waited for us to arrive, took us to the car and patiently waited as we offloaded all our stuff, Including critical medications! Thanks!!!!

We had an unfortunate breakdown this past weekend—our alternator gave out while towing our 24-foot pontoon boat. Thankfully, it didn’t happen on a major road; we were able to safely pull off onto a side road near a gas station. Still, we ended up blocking part of an intersection in front of some homes, one of which belonged to a rather grumpy gentleman who didn’t appreciate our misfortune. My daughter was involved in an accident on the interstate recently. King and his rig were there promptly and he was able to assist with quickly getting my daughter and her vehicle off the busy interstate. During the short drive to the Precision Towing yard he explained how the insurance process would work to my daughter and upon my arrival King was a heck of a nice guy and patient while answering all my questions and I felt he did a great job!

That was me yesterday when I called Precision..the woman who answered the phone was pleasant & responsive.They kept me informed of the time frame..when Beau arrived he was pleasant & helpful & knew what he was doing.I would recommend this company & if I am in this situation again I would use them.

We had a very nice man named King come give us a jump start in the Madison WI area at the airport at 1230 am his quick response and kindness was absolutely amazing.
After one of our vehicles was recently stolen and recovered by the police, our insurance company assured us that they would dispatch a tow truck within the hour, but they kept pushing the time back and it eventually got pushed to the next day! I cancelled the request from our insurance company and decided to give Precision a call, which was the right choice! My call was promptly answered and I was provided with an approximate wait time of less than one hour. The driver, King, arrived right on time and was helpful, courteous, and genuine from the start. He took the time to hear was was going on and explained what he was doing every step of the way. I felt like I was in good hands throughout the entire process and would highly recommend Precision!!
Mark was there in a flash to help me! I went into a small drainage ditch on my first day of school 6:19 am. He was there as soon as the sheriff's called and I was in school by 7:07. Only 7 minutes late when the whole thing could have been a horrible ordeal. Unbelievably grateful.

I literally had the best experience with King Curtis at Precision Towing & Recovery! I was in a difficult position but he was able to save the day with simply his brilliant brain power, his patience, skills and expertise! He is literally the best! I will certainly be giving him a call if I ever need a tow or recovery service!
My car needed to be towed out of my underground parking garage at my apartment building. My car would not start. FYI - There is only a 7’ clearance to enter the garage.
Long story short the first company that Roadside sent said they were not aware that my car was in the low clearance garage hence they couldn’t tow it. Roadside said they told them low clearance, we will let them battle that out. Roadside set up another tow company to come out. That company never showed up.
The tow company set up to come was Precision Towing. Once I had their contact information I called to ensure that they were aware of the low clearance. They said they were aware and arrive shortly after we talked.
They arrived with the flat bed & a smaller tow truck. The smaller tow truck would not clear the low clearance garage. But that didn’t stop King & his coworker to get the car in neutral, pushed it out of the parking stall, then pushed up to the exit garage door, backed the flatbed down to the garage opening, attached the wench to the undercarriage, carefully wenched it out if the garage right onto the flatbed.
Any tow company like the first one that did show up could of done the same thing that King & his coworker did which was think out of the box as to how to get the car to the garage exit so they could load it on the flatbed.
So call Precision Towing they go above & beyond with caution, professionalism and very positive friendly personalities.
I can't say enough about Precision Towing. Mark came to my aide with Sam while in a strange environment that I was unfamiliar with after I was in a severe accident with my husband. The kindness and grace that the both of them had showed when my husband was already dealing with a difficult situation was above and beyond. I will always and forever recommend them to anyone who is in need of a tow or emergency services with their vehicle.
Yesterday morning 9/3/2024, we needed a tow truck to move our pickup to a garage 5 miles away to be repaired. Precision Towing sent a fine gentleman named John to help us. John was very polite, very professional and helpful with the task at hand. In no more than 20 minutes after he arrived he had the pickup unloaded at the location.
If I ever had to have this situation happen again, I would call Precision Towing and ask if John could help us out.

My sister in law and I were stranded at a weighside last weekend. Precision towing came to our rescue in a timely manner when others had no time for us. The driver John not only picked up our car he drove us to a car rental place out of his way, not just once but twice when the car we were told was waiting wasn't even available. We were in a bad accident last Sunday, a car hit and totaled our vehicle. There were four of us in our car, it was late at night, we were stranded on the side of the highway and very shaken.
The Precision Towing guys were SO GOOD to us, helped us gather our stuff out of the damaged car, and Mark cleaned out his truck and drove all of us home. It was such a kindness on an awful night and we are so grateful and appreciative. Everyone we dealt with at Precision, the office staff, the staff on the lot were professional and friendly. Mark gave us good advice about navigating a situation we had no experience with. We really appreciated their above and beyond service.

The whole crew at Precision is outstanding! I called them asking if they would move my toolbox from work to home and pick up a junk car from my home. They had me scheduled and kept in constant communication. The price was more than reasonable and they took great care of my toolbox bringing it home without a scratch!
