When you're broke down at night, and quick help that is professional, courteous and friendly is a what you want, these are the guys to call. The dispatcher Aaron was right on the ball and our tow driver Jose was great! He took extra care to make sure a difficult hookup was done right so there would be no damage to the car's undercarriage.
Second time I’ve used Liberty Towing. Don’t recall if I left a review before, but I am NOW! Just the best. They get to you asap, they know what they are doing. They get your vehicle up, loaded, and on its way to repair. Even in tight situation's - they know what to do. My last experience was A+++, recent one - the same. Jose was a marvel. He was cool as a cucumber handling a situation I thought was - not easy. I was wringing my hands, “how’s he gonna do this?” Before I knew it my car was up & on its way.

The other day, my starter decided it's had enough about 25 minutes from home. I called up Liberty Towing, and their driver, Taylor, got out to me and got my vehicle home in hardly any time at all! The bill was about half of what I had expected to pay as well, so I'm very thankful for Liberty Towing!
I highly recommend Liberty Towing. My daughter got into an accident recently and the vehicle was picked up right away (during a Packers game on a Sunday night). The person that answered the phone, and the driver that showed up, were incredible. The driver instantly helped make my daughter feel better about the situation, and he also helped me with the best course of action to take. Not only are they a quality company, they have amazing employees that truly care. A+ experience. A+ company. A+ employees.

Even though it was Sunday, Taylor at Liberty arrived quickly after I called and he was able to extract my car safely and efficiently, with no risk to surrounding vehicles, plants, or buildings. He then met me at my mechanic and placed my inoperable vehicle precisely into a parking spot for repair. They charged me a very fair fee (flat rate for under 3 miles).

First time ever needing a tow truck if I ever need another one I don't know how they could live up to the experience I had today. I was so scared stuck on the on ramp to 90 and Taylor was so calm, helpful efficient and safe. He was there so quickly and went above and beyond to get me off the highway.

The driver arrived promptly, checked my battery, gave me a jump, and waited to make sure the issue wasn’t my alternator. We had the BEST experience with Liberty Towing. My son's truck wouldn't start after work which can leave a person rattled. We called one company and were told it would be a 2-3 hour wait...we then called Liberty and they came sooner (within the hour) than quoted. The truck was towed 20 miles and everything went so smooth...can't thank this company enough.
I was traveling for work when I found myself needing a tow. Hannah was superb. I don't know anyone in the area, and she spent the time to find out what kind of service experience I wanted and helped me find a repair shop that fit my needs. Taylor was very personable when he met me to pick up my vehicle. He made sure it was safe to hook up and pull onto the flat bed and took his time until he was sure it would draw straight without causing more damage. They really saved me that night!
Fantastic and extremely fast service for an extremely fair price. Got lucky and called when it wasn’t too busy, and Taylor met me at my vehicle in less than a half hour. Super quick, respectful, professional, and kind- Taylor also gave great advice to confirm the issue and how to solve it. He also took the extra time to help me turn my van around so that I can work on it easier and stay out of the road while making my repairs. 10/10, would call again.
Dispatch sent a front lift truck after i told them the car was lowered 2.5 inches and would need a flat bed, showed up 30 minutes late and the excuse was they were busy. then took another 40 to get me a flatbed truck. Disappointing service but drivers were very helpful and careful with my car

We received a call from EMS stating one of our drivers was having a medical emergency and called our office to state they were leaving the vehicle and taking driver for medical attention. Megan at Liberty towing was very friendly and efficient and Jacob the towing driver quickly found the driver with only minimal information and took it to where we needed in less than hour!!! What GREAT service and such customer service.
Absolutely the best experience with a tow company I have ever had. Wonderfully friendly lady that took my call, super professional driver, response time of less than 30 minutes for a 2 hour haul. We had a 1976 Chevy Tioga RV that had been sitting at the back of our property for 20+ years. My friends at Redline Auto Care in Mazomanie, WI and I were able to get the vehicle to the road (tediously) over the course of several days and some careful planning.
I called 8 (yes, 8) different towing companies asking if they would tow it to no avail. One said that they "don't tow vehicles prior to 1981 or older." Kind of weird, but yeah, anyways...
I called Liberty Towing and Dan helped to guide me through the whole process. He had me contact All Metals Recycling to ask if they would accept it, which they stated they would. Called Dan back, he had an opening for the next morning at 8:30AM. Tow truck arrived, we filled the back tires which were a little low and got it safely to All Metals Recycling.
We didn't have a title or registration, so Dan asked me the day before to write up a "surrender" notice that we were surrendering the vehicle to Liberty Towing and then to All Metals Recycling.
Everything worked out great and I would definitely recommend Liberty Towing to anyone who may need a helping hand. They certainly made my day and got me to the point where I could breathe a real sigh of relief.
