We had a 1976 Chevy Tioga RV that had been sitting at the back of our property for 20+ years. My friends at Redline Auto Care in Mazomanie, WI and I were able to get the vehicle to the road (tediously) over the course of several days and some careful planning. I called 8 (yes, 8) different towing companies asking if they would tow it to no avail. One said that they "don't tow vehicles prior to 1981 or older." Kind of weird, but yeah, anyways... I called Liberty Towing and Dan helped to guide me through the whole process. He had me contact All Metals Recycling to ask if they would accept it, which they stated they would. Called Dan back, he had an opening for the next morning at 8:30AM. Tow truck arrived, we filled the back tires which were a little low and got it safely to All Metals Recycling. We didn't have a title or registration, so Dan asked me the day before to write up a "surrender" notice that we were surrendering the vehicle to Liberty Towing and then to All Metals Recycling. Everything worked out great and I would definitely recommend Liberty Towing to anyone who may need a helping hand. They certainly made my day and got me to the point where I could breathe a real sigh of relief.

My family's new (for us - only one week of ownership) 2013 Chrysler Town & Country w/250,000 milles died on the side of a state highway just outside of Dane County while I was driving with young children this afternoon. The location where the vehicle died didn't allow me to pull entirely off the road; a portion of my son was sitting in a lane of traffic on a two-lane road. I called the insurance roadside number on our card (0/10 - don't recommend) and the local emergency dispatch (who were awesome, but it was a sheriff shift change - Rock County even called back to make sure I lined up a tow). When I called Liberty, everyone who helped me was fantastic! I called the office line four times (I think... I was not thinking straight given the circumstances...), and I believe I spoke to the same person each time (never caught their name(s)). Regardless, each time I spoke with someone, they were super helpful and professional. Thomas drove the truck to pick us up. His GPS didn't lead him to our location, so he called me for clarity. Having an unclear mind, I misdirected him. I called him a few times back, and I even called the office in my anxiety. Thankfully, Thomas arrived in no time and was very friendly and professional. We all enjoyed our drive home with him and he was very good with my kiddos. When we arrived at our home, I asked if Thomas would be able to drop the van in the driveway, and thankfully Thomas easily placed the van to one side of our driveway. He even offered to help me push it back up a short incline into the garage. Thomas was fantastic and, despite being with Liberty for less than a year, represented the company extremely well! Because every interaction I had in this nerve-wracking situation with Liberty was amazing, I will definitely reach out to them first if I ever need another lift!
