I bought a mirror from the seller for my truck F150. They said it will fit from 2021 to 2023. My truck is a 2022 F150 and the mirror didn’t fit and when I ask for my refund, they refused to refund me.
And the mirror didn’t fit my truck I spent $649 for it.

I was just there and purchased a master window switch. I was treated very respectfully. The switch was exactly what I needed. I did notice there was a bible on the counter and some leaflets on the counter this is not common practice in todays world, but I feel it should be. This company is one to trust and I will continue to give them as much business as I can.
Company does not honor their word. Product came in damaged, would not take back the return without us paying shipping. Will say anything to get the sale. Tried to blame us saying that we damaged the part. Amazing.

WOW! Super impressed with the quality of the headlamp I received today. 1st good sign is that it arrived on time, when I was told it would. All the way to SW Florida. 2nd it was packaged extremely well. Actually took me a few minutes just to unpack it with all the bubble wrap on it and the mounting tabs even had foam blocks attached to prevent them from being damaged in shipping. That is a huge deal by the way (thank you). 3rd when I peeled the protective film off the lens it came off easy leaving no residue and revealed a crystal clear lens! Lastly it was priced fair and was shipped for FREE. I have bought many lights from Alpha Automotive and will continue to. Thank You!

Ordered running boards for a Dodge Grand Caravan as ad said. When my order came in the running boards was for a dodge mini caravan. Then he refused to pay for refund or return shipping. So I had to pay to ship back now and it’s probably not even worth it. This is the worst eBay seller ever. Note: if your gonna sell car parts know what car it belongs to
I had several complicated purchases from Alpha Automotive. Unfortunately I did have a few issues, but, they were very responsive and easy to communicate with. I felt they have extraordinary customer service skills. I’m very happy with my dealings with them, and feel I was treated more than fairly. Wow! Phenomenal service & speedy delivery. I ordered a headlight, trim, and a mirror for my Nissan Altima and everything was delivered as it had been represented on their site. Also had the opportunity to talk with the owner, Tim, GREAT guy.
Terrible company Tim Effert (owner)is a crook. Funny he has family on here with positive reviews. If I could give him 0 I would. Take your business elsewhere. Worst experience ever.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I ordered a headlamp for a pickup. I was informed the lamp had a scratch on the lense. I still can't find the scratch. Shipping was prompt and packaging was professional. Thanks Alpa Automotive.
Fast Shipping. Item packed very well. Fit perfectly on my car. Only issue was techno bug, I received the same shipping notification email 32 times. Hahaha! Yes I would recommend
Part was misrepresented. Was told it was in good condition and it had multiple scratches. To make things worse they lied to me when I called them and said they told me about the scratches. They will take it back but I will have to pay for return shipping. I was very specific that I did not want a mirror with scratches. Do not do business with them unless you like being lied to. Completely unsatisfied!!!!!!
Do not do business with this company. We ordered a headlight and called in for a tracking number the next business day. They said there was no order on file. I re ordered the headlight and then got two. I then returned it and after they had received it for a week, I still did not get a credit. I disputed it on my credit card and my company gave me a full refund according to the documentation I provided. Then, Alpha calls them and said we reached an agreement of a partial credit which is a lie and I got charged for half the price of a light I returned. DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I was sent the wrong part by Alpha Automotive. I purchased this part thru Ebay, and although it stated in BOLD letters the exact year part I needed, what they sent was for the wrong YEAR!!! I had correspondence with them about it and still they sent me the wrong part!!. You would hope that they would know what year went to what cars, since they are in the auto parts business/restoration components, and specialize in these types of parts for this exact reason... But even worse than that, when I contacted them... THEY REFUSED TO MAKE IT RIGHT, or take back the part. Very very BAD BUSINESS HERE! Stay away from them!
