Used to be a great place to go for used parts but now they are getting pretty shady. Bought an engine off of them that they allegedly had tested and once it was all installed properly from an ACE certified tech it still didn't start due to bad compression. Called them back to address the situation and they completely avoided it.
Shawn Dorn is great as well as the rest of the staff! They have looked over every car I was planning to buy and gave me honest opinions! They have been servicing my cars for over 10 yrs now. Always a great low price and great friendly costumer service!
I really recommend this this shop for anyone who need car repair I always take my SUV there to get repair done and always get the best results from them I have no problems with them you can get your vehicle repair in a good price they have been in business since 30 years I live all the way across town from there and it’s worth it highly recommend good customer service.
I called about some parts and it was confirmed that they had all of them ....next day ,I drive from Marinette to Green Bay. I call the place to let them know I'm ready to get the parts and it turns out they never did have them what a waste of time!!
In the past ive gotten parts from Aarow Auto and they did the job. I just got off the phone with them about a part and they said"it will cost $35 if we have it." So i ask "do you have it?" they responded with "I dont know I am the only one here and cant go back and check." LOL ALOT OF HELP THAT WAS!!!!!
Have had my vehicle repaired there for a couple different issues, and I have no complaints! They don't repair unnecessary things, very good work, and not pricey!
Service was fast and the prices were below what I had expected to pay. Also, everyone I dealt with was friendly which is very unique for a salvage yard.

I’ve been meaning to leave this for a while but Arrow Auto is the best! My family has been using this business for all things vehicles for as long as I can remember. Shawn has never done me wrong. I’ve called on last minutes notice and he’s never hesitated to get me on the schedule. This business is reliable, trustworthy, and efficient. I’d hands down recommend Arrow Auto to anyone! The mechanics at arrow auto could fix a wide variety of vehicles never had issues with arrow auto always excellent service Sean is the manager there he is a awesome guy If you're vehicle needs repair I would highly recommend taking it to arrow auto 5 stars
All I have to say is don’t send somebody to get your parts, they sold one of my workers a grill that was broken completely in half and all the tabs were broken off as well and still charge me full price, and this is the second time it’s happened, be very aware!!
If I could do half a star, I would. Checked online that Arrow has a part, listed in "A" condition .Call, they say it will be ready in 3 hours. I called 4hrs 45mins later. They didn't know what was going on, and said they would call back shortly. An hour later after no callback, I called again. They stated its not ready yet, and probably won't be ready until the following day. Next day, I wait until 10am, call, still not ready. They finally call at 11:50 and say, sorry there is a hole in it . If you need a good part in a timely manner, look elsewhere.
Terrible customer service . I would never purchase anything here again. Impossible to get a refund on the junk they sell you. The receptionist is as rude as they come. Maybe she was just having a bad day but then maybe she needs to be re trained
Bought a taillight here for my SUV. Hot it home and was having trouble getting the screws out. Took it back to see if buy chance they could help... They did, no complaints. I thought for sure if get the..."well, it is a salvaged part, what did you expect." NOPE, took it and helped me out... THANK YOU! It was a little thing to them but a HUGE thing to me!
I've heard people say that it's hard to find a good honest mechanic. Well here ya go! Arrow Auto is amazing at what they do and always honest about their work. They always call to tell me what is wrong with the vehicle and an approximate price before they start fixing it, so I can tell them if I prefer they don't fix one thing or the other. They are also very considerate of people's time and make sure to get the job done quickly. I have never been charged extra for the time they put into the diagnosis; they only charge for the time they actually spent doing the repairs to the vehicle.
The only place in Green Bay that I bring my car to get worked on. Always costs less than what I'd expect. In the past, actually charged me for fewer labor hours than it took. He said he tries to do that to keep the price down to keep people coming back. Very helpful staff. Highly recommended
I bought a transmission for my jeep from Arrow. When I called looking for one they had one and it was still in the donor. They said it worked and had it out of the donor by the next day. Upon inspection it didn't appear to have any defects. I got it installed with no issues and when we pulled the pan and filter we found the tranny was perfect internally. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because they only have a 30 day warranty
I will recommend to everybody. Had work done several times here for a reasonable price. Price 4* quality of labor 3* Service 5*** . One of the few times I've had salesmanship/ at a service oriented place. Everytime I've needed service I felt like they wanted my business and not like I was bothering them, like many other places.
As a female i expect great and HONEST work. Unfortunately I had used arrow as my mechanic for two jeep cherokees and my new Hyundai and was charged multiple times for work that was NOT completed. I was charged for full brakes and routers and only got my front set done which i am just discovering now. I also was charged for parts and work on my pervious vehicles that my mother now owns and she had to get the work redone at an honest place. it may be a great place to get cheap parts and cheap opinions but dont bother if you're looking for a mechanic. They are very dishonest if you're a female.
I placed an order by phone. I was told pretty curtly that I'd have to be called back after the part was pulled. I got the callback, returned the call, and told the gentleman who answered that I was calling to complete my order. "What do you mean by 'order'?" he asked me. I said, "Uh, I would like to pay for it and have it sent to me." He said, "Well, where do you live?" I told him where I live. He said, "Hang on a second." He came back after a while and took my address and card number without giving me a total. The two stars are assuming that I get the parts OK. I realize it's a salvage company, but, come on -- don't let people answer the phone who have no idea how to speak to other human beings.
