I was hoping my daughter's car would make it through her last year of college. But, as fortunes had it, her 2006 Jetta died in the middle of the road. I brought it to a local service center but they said it would cost a good deal of money to fix it and being a foreign car, they didn't feel comfortable working on it. So I gave Craig (owner) a call at Cash 4 Cars. He understood that I was hoping to make it last one more year. He and his crew at Cash 4 Cars looked it over and in the end, it would have cost nearly as much to fix it as I paid for it. So he offered me a fair price to scrap it. Craig also called me to make sure I removed the license plates, which I just renewed and can get a refund. Oh, and I forgot the garage door opener when I cleaned it out. Craig found it. Cash for cars is professional, courteous and fair. He understood my situation and tried his best to find a solution. You can't ask for more. I highly recommend Craig and his team at Cash 4 Cars.

I've sold Craig several cars. Over the last couple years. I know the market prices have been up and down but he has always paid the highest price and willing to even pick up the vehicle for no extra charge. I will call Craig next time I have a vehicle to get rid of.

I called them up he said he would be here in 5 minutes, took my non running Ford f150 off my hands. And paid me to do so. More than we were gunna get by selling to a buddy. I highly recommend these guy. if you have any junk cars, call these guys.

I called this establishment and I spoke to a guy named Craig. He gave me a quote of $400 for my vehicle. He didn’t ask any questions about my vehicle other than the make and model which should’ve been a red flag. He told me to call or text him the next day so he can pick up my vehicle. I called and texted him the next day and no reply. Then he texted me and said he couldn’t talk over the phone. After that, he never communicated back to me which is very unprofessional. I do not understand the positive reviews that this business has. Please take your business elsewhere.

Craig, owner of Cars for Cash, provided excellent service. He told me what he would pay for my junk car and even though he had to do a few things to get at the car and it took him quite a bit MORE time than an ordinary hook-up, he didn't try to reduce the price. He was professional and very friendly to boot. I would strongly recommend Cash for Cars and the owner Craig.

Absolutely wonderful!!! I came here for 2 tires for my van. They got me in right away, they were friendly, and the pricing was impeccable! I almost didn't believe them when they told me the cost for the 2 tires AND installation. But it was true and I will be telling everyone I know. I will definately go back!!! This place is amazing! I called Craig to pick up a car for recycling he returned my call within 5 minutes, I told him where we where located and he turned around came back our way to pick up the vehicle. We didn't have the title he said no problem mail it to me which we did and received our check in the mail. Honesty is not something that you find often in the car industry. But let me tell you, Craig is one of the most honest people I have ever had the pleasure to do business with, even when it cost him money/time. To say that I am impressed with his service is such an understatement - I am impressed with his character and the standard to which he holds himself and therefore his business. The past couple weeks have been a whirlwind. I got into my first car accident, where I swerved on the highway and crashed into the railing right before Tower Drive Bridge starts. It was terrifying, but luckily no one was hurt. My car was towed to Auto Select on Main, and they told me my car had $1800 worth of damage - something with the gas tank and axle, I believe? I'm not sure. I don't know anything about cars, so I am usually in the unfortunate position of needing to trust the experts. So the thing was totalled. Craig towed the car to his shop and planned to crush it. (Right away on the phone, before he towed my car, Craig warned me that he wouldn't be able to pay me much, because scrap prices are down. Honesty point #1.) When I got to Cash 4 Cars to get my stuff out of the vehicle, Craig told me that he thought my car would be an easy fix. The gas tank was fine... He just thought it was the rear strut. Auto Select swindled me, but Craig was willing to check out the car and fix it for, as he said, "probably under $500". He would even take a look at the car and give me an estimate so that I could make my decision, free of charge. I told him I'd think about it. At this point, I'd already had quite the week, and I was frustrated. Plus, my apartment doesn't allow rust/dented cars, so even if Craig fixed the car for me, I wouldn't be able to keep it. Eventually, I called him back and told him to go ahead and crush it, even though it would be a waste of a vehicle... And then the next day, I changed my mind because my cousin wanted the car. Through all of this - the back and forth of my decisions, the week that my car spent just sitting in his lot - Craig was a complete gentleman. He went above and beyond what he had to do, even when he would no longer be getting the scrap metal from my car. He even moved my plates to my new vehicle for me. He also offered to save parts of a different Stratus he was getting to help my cousin out, who will be fixing the vehicle for himself (which, by the way, my cousin was able to drive my car off the lot...so Craig was correct in his diagnosis of the vehicle and of Auto Select's dishonesty). And when I tried to tip Craig as a thank you, he refused to accept my money, because he told me, "Well, I only did what any normal person would do." Craig runs a company that you can trust. He lives by honor and therefore works with honor. I would recommend him for any service he offers - because not only does he have expertise in his area...he's simply trustworthy. Thank you, Craig, for everything. In these past couple weeks of chaos, you have been a light.

After the second transmission failure on our 2006 Saturn Vue, it was time to part company with our beauty with over 300k miles. Craig was speedy in getting it picked up so that it would not take up valuable parking space at our home or my work place. He gave us more than we expected and more than other salvage companies have given me in the past. But that was only part one. Part 2 is that he rescued my wife on a warm day when she accidentally locked herself out of the car with our 2 dogs inside. She was panicking and did not know what to do. One of the owners of the business where this happened thought to call one of her clients. Craig came roaring in in his big truck and saved the day ( and our beloved K9 children) by popping the lock. I'm not sure that this is even a regular part of the services he offers, but he came came through big time. We are 100% sold on Craig and Cash 4 Cars.
