Un amigo tuvo accidente la policía llamo la grua nunca le dieron tarjeta donde se llevaron el carro hice llamadas , cuando pude hablar con un servidor me ponia en espera varias veces y total, para sacar el carro cobran casi 600 dollares yvoar dejarselos tengo que dejar el carro yvogarles en efectivo 300 cualquier grua covra 100 y eso incluyes que el chofer se baje y pinga las cadenas ellos cobran por que el chifer pinga las cadenas 70 mas la grua mas la noche mas el servicio total casi 600 y claro como mi amigo era un viej8to de casi 70 años no le preguntaron ni la oficial ni el de la grua solo lo dejaron en la calle donde paso el accidente fue a 2 calles donde paso el accidente , jamas recomendaría este servicio o grua ,
We wish we could give more than 5 stars! The quick and quality service we received at 6pm on a Saturday night was incredible. The driver who showed up was very kind and gracious to us in the middle of a difficult situation. We found out later he was the owner. We would highly recommend Crosby’s Heavy Duty Wrecker Service to anyone. Also very reasonably priced.
Heavy duty wrecker service,? crosby towing,? I calld 1 week ago to ask, whr is my truck tht u stole rite outta my driveway 3 months ago!!? With no ticket or taged frm the police dept... but only a call frm the new owner at the place i lived! Not abanded! I lived thr! 14 yrs. But u told me tht u would not tow a vehicle by jst new owners say so..!? But u did. No tickets, no tag...? Legally parkd in my parking spot in the driveway. I was told u will look into ths matter over a week ago n i get no return call. But i get how was our professional service.!.... u stole my vehicle right outta my driveway! Why wasnt ths matter lookd into??? Why was it towd in the first place?? Ur little fat tow truck driver, needs to b charged with grand theift!!! And ur company! Whr is my truck n every thng tht was in it? 32 inch tires... i thnk ur company should b writing out a big check! Instead of askin about how was ur towing service! ur service...?? Theift is not a service! The new owners, mandy markuson, n her husband? wht thy call a human being, Brendan Baier, ( legacy propertys) outta depere wi. R very sic people. He calld, i still resided thr whn thy pulld stealing my washer n dryer, lockd up basement in order to steal my property n 5 yr old daughters toys! Sick people! Threats of physical harm! Legacy propertys! Very sic people! An ur towing company jst took his call to steal my truck! Even whn i told ur fat driver, to leave my vehicle alone nothin weong with it, As i was leavin to pic up my daughter frm school. Came bac n my truck was gone! I tried Crosby out for the first time because they were recommended to me. I called in morning was given about an eta of about an hour and they were there in less than a half hour with professionalism. They were able to get my vehicle to a garage quickly. If I ever need towing services in the future I’ll definitely be calling these guys for assistance! Friendly & professional is what you get both on phone and in person.
