on a very cold day I needed help with a tow for 1 of my school buses. Glenn's was up for the task. Christopher came out with a heavy hauler. He was so nice and I felt very comfortable with him. He double checked his hook up :)) means he cares about others vehicles. im a private trainer for commercial drivers and I rode with Christopher and he did very well,I was safe and my bus was safe. thank you.
Glenn's towing has 4.8 stars and im here to tell you why. These fellas are best of the best they are fast they know their stuff and most importantly they have great prices would honestly give these guys 100 stars if i could. Called Glenn's at 10:30 at night, and with it being -3 degrees outside, after my car broke down on the side of the freeway about 30 minutes outside of Green Bay. The driver could have taken his time getting to me, but he was quick and got me taken care of and my car towed to where I needed it. Very pleasant to deal with in a stressful situation.
Not only was Lance on time, very professional and helpful, he actually did the towing procedure correctly using the vehicles Towing ports and not attaching it to random Parts on the vehicle that could risk breaking/damage! I highly recommend this company, Lance was very professional and super friendly and went the extra mile to make sure he took care of my vehicle the right way!
As the owner of a vehicle with over 360,000 miles on it, I've had my share of tows. Was out of my usual company's range and was referred to Glenn's. I couldn't have been happier. Madison was quick to get someone to my rescue in the frigid weather, MUCH faster than expected. Makayla towed it to my usual mechanic more than 20 miles away for less than I've paid for shorter trips of another company. So thankful for the young ladies this evening. I was stuck in the ice on Wednesday evening and i cslled the company for a tow truck. They told me it would be 1 to 2 hours before Glenn's towing could get here. Aiden the truck driver was here to rescue me and my truck in around 45 minutes, Aiden was very polit and carring after he pulled out of the ice he ask me how much time i had left on my clock and he told me about this truck stop travel center. Needed a vehicle towed from my driveway to a dealership across town for a trade-in. Called Glenn's at around 8:45p to set it up and was told they'd be at my house for pickup in 20 or 30 minutes. Not 10 minutes later, Aiden showed up. He got the vehicle loaded up quickly and took care of everything else perfectly. I didn't have to do anything other than pay what I believe was a very reasonable bill. Thank you Aiden and thank you Glenn's for an easy and stress free experience. Our family couldn’t be more thankful for Aiden and Alyssa coming to our rescue. What started off as an ice fishing trip; turned into a disaster. Thankfully just our front tires went through the ice and nobody was hurt, also sucks that Aiden had gotten his tow truck stuck too. Not sure on service, but it was definitely a special ice recovery tow. Extremely glad we didn’t have to call an ice rescue service.
I had a problem with one of their drivers and I left a review about it and called their main line to tell them what happened. About an hour later the owner called me back apologizing and trying to make everything good. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Oddly enough and because of this my local business will be setting up an account with them. I’d highly recommend them because I know if I have a problem it will be resolved. There is great people here that were a blessing to work with. Thank you for the rare and exceptional customer support.
Absolutely amazing and understanding. Was able to have them pick up my car and take it just a mile away down the road after a poor experience at a wrecker yard and there was hardly any fuss. Charged me a fair and reasonable price and the driver was all business and got the job done in less than ten minutes. Good trustworthy company with good people working.
I had Glenn's take two shipping containers over 100 miles away for me. John drove both times and did great. Set them down right where I wanted them. Showed up on time and was great with our stuff!
My son blew a tire on the highway. I called the towing company and they said it would be about 30 minutes. Thankfully, they were there a lot sooner, But at the same time as the tow truck driver pulled up a good Samaritan stopped to help my son change his tire, So we ended up not needing the tow. The driver was prompt and friendly and I’m just thankful someone stopped to help my son, but I’m happy they were there a lot faster than 30 minutes if someone not been there to change his tire.
Was referred to from Bergstrom on Ashland Ave in GB. Our vehicle wouldn’t start and needed it brought to the dealership. Contacted Glenn’s on Friday, November 28th and they were at my home within 20 minutes! Estimated about 30 minutes from the call so we were immediately impressed. Aaron arrived with a colleague and suggested jump starting the vehicle, which we did. Uncovered the battery needed to be replaced once we arrived at the dealership. Glenn’s was so professional from the initial phone call, to their arrival and departure. We would highly recommend and have added their number to our contacts! It’s unusual to come across such outstanding service in today’s environment!
Call and they came out in a reasonable amount of time very kind and courteous couldn't ask for a better person to work with with Chris. As far the bill tow trucks are expensive and the quality of there equipment was top notch ! Felt very comfortable with them moving my vehicle down the road. I rate them 5 on the timely service and the experience Chris showed in getting things done .
My wife and I cannot recommend Glenn’s Towing highly enough! John was a lifesaver after our van decided to stop running as we were heading home after the Packer game. We called and John was so helpful from the time we called, to when he arrived, all the way through to getting our van to the dealership in Appleton. What started as a stressful and scary experience with the van having what seemed like every warning light possible come on at once and stop running, to a calm and safe post Packer game ride home in what we joked was the “world’s coolest Uber ride” (the front of John’s Tow Truck).

Tire fell of my Car, I called them they answered right away. It took him 15minutes to get to me which was very quick because I was far. Best tow experience I had he was very friendly and cared for my car which had aftermarket wheels… not like other businesses. My car is lowered so there was no way of putting the jack under, we got it though. Brought my car to the exact spot I wanted in my driveway. On top of all these good things I was shocked at the price because it was extremely good! I thought I was going to have to pay $300+ with the amount of work he had to do. Driver went above and beyond expectations! I hate calling tow trucks but I’m definitely adding this business to my contacts!!
I had a great experience with Alyssa. She not only was the one who answered the phone but she's also the one who showed up to complete the work. Placing one call and working with the same person from start to finish is refreshing. She showed up way quicker than I thought/planned and was completely done moments later. I'll definitely be a repeat customer!
Alyssa was amazing. When our car battery died in the long term airport parking lot she jumped out of bed and had us sorted out in 30 minutes. Highly recommend using this service!!
Excellent service. As a trucker, I've found myself in all kinds of situations. This was a new one. One leg on my fully-loaded trailer failed. Alyssa and Darrell were there in just half an hour and resolved the issue very quickly and professionally. And I didn't miss even one quarter of the Packer game because Alyssa shared her phone with me. I highly recommend them.
Lance and Logan came out to assist us when our Jeep Grand Cherokee broke down on the highway while we were towing our travel trailer. It was late on a Saturday afternoon, they got there as soon as they could, were very nice, knowledgeable in what they were doing and towed us to safety. The only issue was Good Sam Roadside Assistance was supposed to be charged directly, not us. We have submitted a claim to Good Sam to be reimbursed.
Chris towed my truck. Very happy with the service and the price was reasonable. Only needed to go about 25 miles but the truck wasn’t going to drive itself there so this was my only other option. Chris showed up almost an hour earlier than expected and took great care hooking and towing it back to my shop of choice. He also has a great sense of humor and good conversation! Thanks Chris!
My trailer’s torsion spring broke and the fender cut through one tire. Lance was the service technician that came out to assist me from Glen’s and he was awesome. He changed the tire but then decided to check the other tire and saw that it was just about cut through as well and said it would be better to tow the trailer back to his office. If he would not have checked the other tire and left I would have been stuck not 3 miles down the road. Super person!! Thanks again!!
Cory was amazing!!! This is the second time we have used Glens towing and he was the person who came. This time it was at our cottage which was very challenging to get to and a very tight road . He also gabe is a ride to our home as we were stranded. He is a very kind man and Glens is extremely lucky to have him
Outstanding service! The whole experience from the time I called in to the time the driver, Logan, dropped me off at the hotel was fantastic. Everyone in the organization that I had interpersonal communication with treated me with professionalism, respect, empathy and courtesy.
I’m from the Detroit, Michigan area and was traveling to Green Bay when my motorcycle broke down in a remote area about 25 miles south of Escanaba, Michigan. It was about 8 PM in the evening when I called my insurance company. They could not find anyone to come pick me up until after 8 am the next morning. So I started calling towing companies myself when someone recommended I call Glenn‘s .
I contacted Glenn’s at 9:40 pm. They immediately dispatched a driver to come 77 miles from Green Bay, WI to pick me and my motorcycle up from the side of the road at and carry me to Green Bay.
The tow truck got to me at 11:00 pm. The drive, Logan, dropped my motorcycle off at the Harley dealer at 1:40 am and then took me to the hotel.
The amazing thing is that Logan was supposed to get off at 10 PM. I called Glenn’s at 9:40 pm. However, Logan was standing near the dispatcher, overheard the conversation, and said he would be happy to stay on, run the call, and help me out of my situation. I am very grateful for that, because I was stranded.
Sometimes it is difficult to find people that will go so far above and beyond to help someone out when they’re really in a predicament, but Logan at Glen‘s did exactly that and got me out of a real tough situation.

I was trailering my boat home from up north and blew a wheel bearing. I called Glenn’s Towing and they had a large enough truck and were there to help me. They were able to tow my truck to the marina with no issues at all. Highly recommend.
On Nov 1st, my wife, 3 kids and I were driving to Sturgeon Bay for a nice weekend away. At about 7:30pm, we were driving on I-57 when a deer ran out in front of our vehicle. We collided with the deer and felt it was too unsafe to drive further. We called Glenn's and explained to Josh that it was our first time dealing with a situation like this. Josh was very calm on the phone and walked us through the process of calling for a tow. Within a few minutes, Josh and Al were with us on the highway and reassuring that everything would be okay. Josh and Al were so gentle with my children and tried to make the ride in the tow truck as enjoyable as possible. Josh and Al eventually towed us to a nearby gas station where Al bought all of my children ice cream. Noone ever wants to be involved in a vehicle collision, but Josh and Al made it as painless as possible. We were able to get a ride from some family and enjoyed to rest of weekend in Sturgeon Bay.
