I called Crosby's after my car broke down in the pouring rain, and I had my 3 kids with me. The tow truck got there within 15 minutes, the price was reasonable, and the process couldn't have been easier. Thank you for making a very frustrating experience so much better!
Response time to get my truck was prompt and the driver took care loading my classic truck. But while unloading it he just completely unhooked it from the winch and tilted the deck then jumped in and forced it out of park rolling it off the deck. This improper procedure may have further damaged my transmission. Driver definitely needs to be retrained in proper unloading procedures.(I speak from experience since I have driven a roll back myself.) Price was reasonable.
Last night, my car broke the tie rod. Holy macadamia nuts are Tony and Cole amazing. I used Crosby because I've worked with them for towing at trucking companies I had worked at. I appreciate y'all and Cole is a flipping master at backing. Thank y'all so much!
