Me and wife where having problems with are vechile trying to get back home from a camping trip and these guys where awesome to deal with and fair prices. They got us all fixed up and back on the road in a pretty decent time.
My wife and I started having electrical issues in clear lake at about 4:30am. We limped our vehicle with a dead alternator into the parking lot and hung out for a few hours. A few minutes before 8:00, as soon as the first employee showed up he noticed us waiting in our vehicle and we talked to him about the problem. They squeezed us in, and not even an hour later, part had been delivered, replaced, and we were back on the road with a new alternator. Great price, fast service, and very friendly atmosphere. Been bringing my cars here for a while, always nickle and dimed me, but this last go around was what drew the line. I stopped taking my cars in and just doing repairs myself. Well I went to change my oil and the last place I had an oil change was at rpm, for one they used power tools to tighten the oil plug, 2, the put the wrong oil filter in,3 they didn't lubricate the o ring on the oil filter so now its stuck and I've gone through 4 tools and still can't get it off. Never again will I take a car to these clowns
Jason the owner of RPM is so honest and outgoing with his customers. I will never take my car anywhere else to have it worked on. He also is more reasonable with his pricing then anyone I have checked with. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing maintenance or repairs on their vehicles.
We've had several vehicles in the garage for oil changes, New tires on two vehicles. They have had to run diagnostics to find the problem and fix it. He has become our new mechanic.

I had an emergency five hours away from home on a Friday at 3:00 p.m. While they were busy fixing other vehicles, they went out of their way to check my diagnostics, and ultimately did a quick oil change, which did the trick. If they did not help me, I would have likely been stuck trying to find a way home and fitting the bill for a very expensive tow truck bill. I would highly recommend them.

Fuel pump died on Christmas Eve. Called a few other shops on Monday and got no answer. Jason at RPM not only answered, but had me back on the road the next day. Highly recommend!
I was traveling through and had an alternator go out. Jason found the part, had it delivered and installed in a few hours. I was able to continue my vacation worry free. Great service and a nice guy!
Love this shop! Jason has always been direct and to the point with me. No beating around the bush. I have taken my truck there three times for big jobs. Jason's concern for my needs of the truck seemed to be important to him also. Second to none! I would recommend RPM to any of my friends.

I was so happy to find Jason and RPM service. I blew my tire near Cumberland and no one had it in stock. RPM was the only place in a 30 mile radius who could guarantee to get one delivered the next day and get it fixed. Not only did he deliver on his promise, he was kind enough to let me use his car so I didn’t have to stay in a hotel. Reliable and quality service from a trustworthy person is what you’ll get at RPM! I highly recommend them!!
Trying to find a trustworthy mechanic has always been difficult, which is why I'm very thankful that I found Jason at RPM garage when I did. He's extremely friendly, he's fast, he's efficient, and always gets the job done. it's always much cheaper than what I imagine it's going to be also. there's no one else in the area I'll go to.
Kept changing the price, increasing Everytime we talk to them. When it came time to pay, they charged $80 balancing on top when was included in the price everything. Never go. Go to someone who will not screw or try to screw you over!
I have 2 older cars that I have taken here many times. Jason has went out of his way a few times and his sevice is excellent. I would highly recommend him and have.
Brought in a vehicle to have the brakes replaced on one side (due to grinding) parts provided, and was informed that after that side was fixed, it was in fact the other side that required the repair, and I consented to the other side being done as well. The shop purchased part was bad out-of-the-box and they did not charge anything extra for the time diagnosing and replacing said part.
Upon receipt of the vehicle, however, the brake pedal was very soft, and with little effort, could be held to the floor. I told the shop about this new problem that did not exist prior to previously stated repairs. The shop took the vehicle in, claimed to have bled the brakes again, but the issue persisted, claiming the front brakes to in fact be causing this feeling, and offered to repair that for me as well, but I felt this diagnosis to be incorrect, but the shop stood behind this diagnosis, even after insisting they do A more thorough brake bleeding.
Fast forward a couple weeks, and after visiting a different shop nearby, they felt the diagnosis was also incorrect, but would verify this themselves, before assuming anything. 1 hour of time at this other shop, and a proper brake bleeding later, along with having to add a lot of fluid to replace said air, and the problem is solved.
This whole experience leads me to believe the initial extra repair may not have really been needed, and that this shop is unwilling to "humor" a customer and take their money to do A simple job that is insisted on, in hopes that the customer will fold and go with the more expensive repair suggested by the "experts".
I think it goes without saying, but I will. I will never take vehicles to this location ever again.
Edit: Update on the vehicle, one of the caliper bolts was also missing on the repaired parts causing extra damage to the dust shield as well as being a massive safety issue.
I needed a alternator replaced in my truck, and had priced out a new one at O'Reillys and it was kinda spendy, so I called RPM Garage and they saved me a pretty penny, and to top it off, I was able to get my truck in the same day and the service was excellent!!! I would highly recommend RPM Garage to my family and friends 😊😊0p
