I recently had my truck repaired due to deer damage at Turtle Lake Collision Center. The communication, timeliness and the work they did was 100% top-notch. They also worked directly with my insurance adjuster to streamline the process. The finish work was perfect and my expectations were exceeded. I was also pleasantly surprised to see that my truck was detailed inside and out when I went to pick it up. I highly recommend them!!

this is the first time using Turtle Lake Collision Center. I highly recommend them. they did outstanding work on my 2020 ford edge!!!!! everyone was very very nice and when i picked up my car it was washed and vacuumed inside. I felt kind of bad because it wasn't in it's best form (inside) when i dropped it off. it made my day. Dan was awesome to work with.

Brought my car in for some front end damage on a Monday morning and I picked it up Wednesday morning! Two day turnaround!! Awesome!! They also washed it and cleaned the inside!! I recently had work done on my truck and wouldn't consider taking future work anywhere else. The Orfs are genuine guys that do great work. They were able to get the estimate done, order the parts necessary, and once the parts arrived they were able to do the work in less than a week. They also had a courtesy car lined up for me which worked out great.
The Collision Center is the best in the business in every aspect! I needed to replace the front bumper of my 2006 Chevy Monte Carlo and put new side moldings on. They got me all the right parts for the best possible price. The owner of this family owned shop was probably the most kind, respectful, and helpful businessman I've ever interacted with and took the time out of his busy day to explain everything I wanted to know. They keep their shop as clean as a brand new Mercedes and will even clean up your car's interior when they service the body! The precision and artistry they put into every single vehicle they work on is unrivaled, and that was so true with my car. Thanks to the awesome people at the Collision Center, my car is looking just as good, if not better than it did when it rolled off the assembly line in '06! If you ever need auto-body service, then this is the place to go!

Our family has been going to Turtle Lake Collision since the early 90's. This is a family owned business. These people are the best in every aspect of the business! They are professional, kind, caring people. They give accurate estimates, with no surprises. The work they do is EXCELLENT. They have painted our boat, repaired my vintage Arctic Cat Snowmobile, and multiple deer hits, along with touch ups when needed on vehicles through the years. They are honest and will tell you whether something is worth putting the $ into it or not. We will always go to them for our repair needs, and I will ALWAYS recommend them! :)

Wow! After dealing with this shop it’s obvious that customer satisfaction is their #1 priority. The turn around time to get our car fixed was unbelievably fast. They deliver on their promises. Their prices are great and they went above and beyond my expectations. Our car was fairly clean when it went in the shop but when we picked it up, it was cleaner inside and out! They took the time to explain our options and make sure we understood what The car needed. Dan, Steve and the rest of the crew won’t be happy, unless you’re happy. I hope we don’t need a body shop again, but if we do, they will be our first and only call!
