We dropped our vehicle off at Hessgard Collision Center for deer-hit repairs after scheduling weeks in advance and clearly explaining that I had an upcoming surgical procedure and would need this specific vehicle back by a certain deadline. We were assured this would not be a problem.
As the deadline approached, we were told the timeline had slipped. When I called and left a voicemail simply asking for an update and whether the vehicle would be ready as promised, no one returned my call. We received no communication at all during a critical period when we were relying on clear information.
As a result, I was left without the vehicle I needed for my procedure and had to rely on an alternative that was difficult and painful for me to use.
Delays can happen, but failing to communicate and not returning customer calls — especially after committing to a time-sensitive situation — is unacceptable. This experience showed very clearly how poorly Hessgard handles customer communication and follow-through.
We wouldn’t trust our vehicles with any other company! Honesty, professionalism, and an overall wonderful experience. The best part is that they always are in contact explaining each step of the process.
If you need any vehicle damage repaired, then hands down Hesgard Collision is the place to go. After someone scraped the backside of my wife's car, we had Hesgard Collision do that work and WOW! The car looks brand new. I highly recommend this place and will go back to them in the future!
I had a great experience bringing my car to Hesgard to get the hail damage fixed on my car. The whole experience was pleasant! I got multiple updates on what stage they were at in the process, and when I picked it up it was cleaned inside and out! Very happy with the work and will definitely use them if I need body work done in the future.

Bumper was replaced and it turned out looking fine. But when they replaced my tire the lug nuts were put on backwards (they are tapered) and I drive the van around the country, was not really happy to notice that after many thousands of miles away from home. Did not get license plate screws either. Otherwise service was good, everyone was nice.

Do not use the Tomah shop...They were supposed to fix some deer damage on my 2020 Colorado, the front quarter panel was damaged and the passenger door needed to be replaced. They had my truck for almost 3 weeks and when I got it back, it had additional damage to the door frame that wasn't there before and they actually tried to blame it on me. Although they eventually agreed to fix the damage, they were a multitude of other issues with their initial repair work. The clear coat on the door edge had to be redone and there was a large smudge in the clear coat on the new door. And finally they returned my truck to me and the passenger side mirror didn't work. Guess I should have went to Lyden's.
I have 2021 Dodge Challenger Hellcat Redeye that is very important to me. Within weeks of getting it new, someone door dinged it hard! They fixed it right. Last October, I hit a deer with the Hellcat. When my insurance asked me where I wanted the work done, I told them that I trusted Hesgard. The car looks beautiful! During the whole process they kept in touch with me. They knew I was worried about getting the car home on roads that are salted and they delivered the car to my driveway!!

Loaner car warmed up and waiting when I arrived. They did a SUPER job on over $9000 deer damage on my 2020 F150 XLT. Took only a few weeks which is remarkable considering the parts strike just ended. Truck was cleaner inside and out than when it went in. Text message updates keep you informed. They navigated all my insurance company's hurdles for me. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
These guys are phenomenal! Easy to work with, very friendly,and keep you updated through the process. The work they did looks great. I had an issue come up right after they did the original repair and they had me bring it back and even through it was a whole separate issue, they ordered the part and had it fixed within 24 hours!
Amazing job in my car! It looks brand new. I had a tree fall on it in September and it wasn't supposed to be done until November and I got it back in October! Amazing work! It's also a black car which is harder to match paint, which they did a great job on! Thanks so much!
