I had a very disappointing experience with Dan‘s towing. From the start of the call, the customer service was rude and unprofessional. As I tried to explain my situation, I was repeatedly interrupted and talked over which made an already stressful situation even worse. I felt dismissed and not taken seriously during the conversation. Instead of offering help or understanding, the interaction left me feeling frustrated and unheard. Calling for a tow truck is already an inconvenient and stressful experience, and the way I was treated only added to that. I would not recommend the service based on my experience, especially if you’re looking for clear communication and respectful customer service, Especially if you are a female, I’m sure this would not have happened if a Male called him.

Don Showed up quickly and was very kind and very helpful. My car was totaled and he made sure that everything was as easy as possible for me on his end. I definitely recommend Don not only for a quick reliable service but amazing customer service as well.
