Insurance company: Days to repair: 4 Carwrex: Takes 55 days to return the vehicle (06/18 - 08/12) I called to check the status of repairs 9 times, was repeatly placed on hold, for up to 13 minutes, before they finally called to give an update, and it wasn't that the repairs were complete. The first update initiated by Carwrex came on 08/08.

I live in Michigan and was visiting my parents I always do every Summer to help on their farm when I hit a deer. My insurance company was terrible since it was out of state. Terry and the CarWrex team were great, got me in right aways, were very patient and actually worked with my insurance company. These guys are awesome!

I just picked up my 2012 Ford Fusion car from Carwrex and it looks brand new. Last year they did a wonderful job after a tree fell on my car. This time I had a small accident that did damage to the front passenger fender and hood. Once again they did a fabulous job. My color is rather unusual and it was perfectly matched. I love Terry. He is so sincere, very detail oriented and truly loves what he does. They handled my insurance company really well. The only reason I didn't give them the fifth star was because they are not good about communicating progress. But when I would call them they were good about going to find out the status at the time.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CAR RUINED! Paid the owner Loren $3200 cash to pull the frame on my car and replaced the damaged section of my frame and put in a subframe. Instead of doing any of that he drilled holes in my new subframe that aren't supposed to be there to move my suspension to force my wheels to line up and spray painted over it like i wouldnt notice what they did instead of just fixing the damage they were paid to fix they rigged my car and now it is not driveable I can't drive it past 20MPH. Also found out from one of the employees that they do not even have a working frame machine and that they use there rollback winch to pull car frames. Scammed me out of 3 grand plus ruined my subframe and caused my airbag light to come on and broke bolts into my strut tower from forcing my wheels forward.

I would 100% bring back my car. They did a great job on the repair. Everything lines up fairly nice for being carbon fiber dang near better than before. The job was done fairly fast. Everyone was friendly an nice any time i had a question it was answered.

After going to U-Haul south Parkersburg twice and dealer's body shop I consulted Terry at Carwrex. It took him 15 minutes to identify the problem and suggest a solution that U haul in Marietta is providing. I would have saved three hours by seeing Carwrex first

The most ridiculously unprofessional business I have ever dealt with in my life: that is not an exaggeration. Took my truck in to get the bed repaired, they were supposed to replace 1 crushed bedside. Instead they swindled my father into buying a parts truck for $5,000, claiming that they would use it replace all kinds of broken and damaged parts on the original truck. They took my rust-free heavy duty bed off, and replaced it with a completely rotted away bed, it was so eaten with rust that the crossmembers that hold up the bed floor were almost completely gone and the bed floor would bounce and crunch when I stepped into it. The paint job they put on this rotten new bed was so poor that the paint was literally already blistering off the FIRST time I get the truck back. One blister in the paint was over a foot long. And this rotten bed is the only part that was replaced so I literally suspect the "parts truck" never even existed. We also wasted a trip to Williamstown (over an hour from my home) because they told me it would be ready to come pick up on X day "for sure", and when we get there the truck is in pieces. My wife called out the owner for lying to us and wasting an entire day to come get it, and he got up close to her face shouting at her, WHILE SHE WAS HOLDING OUR 3 MONTH OLD BABY. They also left my truck outside with the driver window rolled down for months before they started work on it. I could go on, but this is the worst of it. None of this is an exaggeration at all, attached is photographic proof of a long blister in the new paint. Over $6,000 wasted. Avoid this place like your life depends on it.

Worst place to ever go to. Their front desk lady’s are absolutely terrible and have the worst attitude. I will never go here again in my life and hope no one does either. I have way more to complain about. But that’s just one of the complaints out of 3

They were very professional, nice, did amazing work, and they worked with me every step of the way. From dealing with insurance to making sure I knew what was going on. They took time to explain and made sure I understood. I will always recommend them.

THANK YOu Carwrex!! I only had my new 2024 Subaru for 2 months before an uninsured motorist caused a head-on collision the amount of damage was devastating I didn't think it could be repaired but thanks to the wonderful staff at Carwrex my car looks showroom new again. I can't thank you enough

Teach your drivers how not to cause accidents. This morning I saw one of their rollback trucks almost take out DOH workers that were setting up and work zone, then he was swerving through traffic and tried to push me into the median because he couldn’t wait to pass another truck. He was doing 100 in a 70 zone, he deserves to wreck! I will never use this company based on what I saw, would trust them with anything of mine!

If I could give them a 0 rating I would. I walked into their business needing a estimate to get work done on my car when I walk in the building is unlocked I go in there’s a lady sitting at the front desk she doesn’t say can I help you she doesn’t ask me what I’m there for I walk up to the window and she’s just looking at me like I’m stupid and I’m like hi I’m trying to get an estimate figured out for my car she said well we’re at lunch and meanwhile it’s 1255 their lunch ends at 1 o’clock then she says I would have to come back the next day between such and such times. I’m like OK thank you she literally rolled her eyes at me didn’t say another word not thank you have a good day nothing. I will never take anything there she made my mind out for me

Had my car taken in for an estimate a week later I called they still weren't done with it another week later they give me an estimate and it was higher than I was willing to go. I declined to have my car repaired they charged me an outrageous rate for storage fees when it's their fault that the car was there for so long.

GREAT place to take your vehicle/s for work to be done. Staff is very nice to work with and work was done to my satisfaction. I recommend Carwrex to all!

My car was 3 months old when i was hit by a truck running a red light. There was extensive damage! I was hoping it would be totaled because it would never be the same. Carwrex towed it to their shop and also did all repairs. I got the car back and i am VERY happy! Everybody i talked to at carwrex was extremely nice and professional. They answered all my questions and helped me get a rental car. I am extremely impressed with this place! I want to thank them again for the excellent work!

Had my car repaired. Took almost 2 months then had to beg for half a rental payment. When I did get my car back it had more issues. Sunroof molding isn’t in properly and they left over spray on my trunk.

They are still working on my car. However. They have kept in great contact with me. This accident wasn't my fault and I've never had to deal with ANYTHING like this. They keep me in the loop. And are so so so friendly. I wish I could remember the gentleman's name that I talked to Friday. But he was spot on about everything! If their repair is ANYTHING like their customer service. It will be outstanding. Customer service is key to any business. And they have the best. Hands down!! Thank you so much for making this easier for me! I have stage 4 cancer and I don't have to set and worry about how well they are taking care of my car. I can just worry about myself. Thanks again to everyone I have talked to!!!

They were friendly professional and gave me an estimate within 20 minutes of being there. No appointments necessary for estimates. Drive ups are welcome and treated like customers that have done business there for years.

Fast service on an estimate to repair rust damage.

My car sat at whartons body shop from January 24 until I had car wrex pick it up on February 23 car wrex returned my car February 28th I’ll never take my car to another body shop again. The owner treated me with great respect and I even got to do one of his commercials. Thank you so much Loren and all your mechanics that done perfect job on my car. ?

A 4.7hr estimate for swapping out a pre-painted fender was going to take up to 10 days. Had to call to find out after I had already dropped off the vehicle. Not a reliable company at all.

I had the WORST experience here by far that I've ever had in my life. Complete and total ripoff. I was totally taken advantage of. $580 worth of unnecessary work was done to my vehicle without even speaking to me. AWFUL!!

i had a passenger door replaced from a wreck my vehicle was parked for. carwrex STOLE MY LATE GRANDMOTHERS NECKLACE FROM MY VEHICLE!!! they’re claiming it was not where i said, but there is no place else for it to go. i’m heartbroken, it’s not anything valuable with money but it was so valuable to me and I can’t get things like that replaced.

They came towed sons truck out in October said no problem would have frame fixed in no time. I called in November not done couldn't weld so they were going to try to fix frame with another frame was looking for it.... dec and into January didn't touch it said it was to old. If it's to old why take it from my house to start with let someone who can do the job handle over 4 months and nothing done.... Plus side will make all other mechanics seem faster

Took my grandmas car there to get a leak fixed. Turned out there was some plugs that were clogged in it that they cleaned out. I expected to at least pay them for their time and they didn’t charge me a dime bc it only took them a small amount of time to clean out the plugs. They helped us out so much. My grandma is on a fixed income so for them to do this was truly a blessing! Thank you!

When I was in a collision carwrex showed up super fast and the weather was icy show sludge mix pulled me out of the drain. It impressed me intensly... however I asked them to bring my vehicle to my residence and they informed me they were backed up on calls but would do it Monday when they returned to work. The driver informed me no storage space or anything extra. That Monday I returned. Paid 300 dollars for the 911 call gave then my address. My vehicle was not delivered instead they left it for blocks from my residence in a stranger's yard who had it impounded the second time you might want to think about asking these guys to do anything not on their agenda.

Excellent service. The owner is personally involved in making sure each vehicle is perfect before leaving the shop. Went above and beyond to get hard to find parts so I could keep my car. Looks better than it ever did!
