For God sake people check prices at the dealership first .Ever since COVID corporate AutoZone has jumped right on the price gouging bandwagon.Prices have went up astronomicaly I believe they are banking on the guy who has to have the part right away then charge you double or even more for a cheaply made part.I have went from.spending thousands of dollars at your store to just buying oil and filters .I'm just going to set back and watch your stores go under one at a time
Absolute life savers, helped me get a new battery and installed it. Being a young woman 7 hours from home with a busted battery sucks majorly but the service I received was compassionate and beyond helpful I am so grateful. Special shout out to Nick!
Tried to look for a tool on the website all it showed is how to diagnose a issue absolutely worthless company. I need to be able to look up tools I need not come to our store let us look at it. Going to use Napa or another company from now on
I had a mix up with an online order for a much needed, time sensitive fuel pump for my Subaru. This store went out of its way to get one delivered from another location overnight. Steven went out of his way to price match and correct the charges. Steven provided excellent customer service, explained everything in detail and went above and beyond to make sure everything was correct. Thank you Steven and the Point Pleasant store for putting the customer needs first.
Matt and Shelby are absolutely amazing. They took the time to help me find the right parts that I needed. They went above and beyond what the normal people would ever do to help. They were able to track down my parts and get me back on the road again, you cannot ask for better employees I would highly recommend anybody coming to this location because of Matt and Shelby amazing employees I would give you more stars than five, but that’s the only option. Good job.
Thanks for the help on Sunday! We traveled for the Mothman Festival and had to change spark plugs and coils due to some misfiring cylinders. We probably could have just changed the spark plugs but the coils were under warranty so they swapped them out for new ones. They had a full lot due to the festival across the street. we took up one of their only open customer spots while my partner did the work but no one said anything or asked us to move. In fact, everyone was very helpful and friendly.
Outstanding customer service!! I was traveling from WV to IN and ended up fouling a spark plug near Point Pleasant. I made it to this store and not only were the employees incredibly helpful in figuring out what I needed, one of them, Tom, came out and changed my spark plugs for me. What a blessing!!
Been great my whole life for most part but today they are suppose to be open at 9am and I have parts ready for pickup so I can get to work currently it's 945 and still no one is here
I needed a new battery for my car and I called to get prices first. Tom (Thomas) assisted me. He was very kind annd knowledgeable, when I asked if he would be able to change my battery out for me at auto zone he said “sure no problem”!! Needless to say I was very happy with his service and his kindness. He is a great asset to your team!! Thank you so much Tom!! ?
2 ladys in the store were super helpful couldn’t ask for better service. Have never had a better experience at any auto parts store. Both of them were very polite and professional. Not to mention drop dead gorgeous ?

Amazing customer service! We were starting out on a road trip discovered a small problem, they didn’t have the part but found a place along our route that did. Called ahead for us and came up with a temporary fix for us before we headed out. Thank you!
Went today to have our wiper blades replaced. Seth was very professional, found the exact wiper blades for our truck, and even installed them. Highly recommend them for your auto parts needs and a big shout out to Seth for helping fix our wiper blades.
Parked in the lot as I have for several years for the mothman festival and for the first time was charged $20. I got there at 820 am, and someone was leaving and the woman there was after them to pay. I have never paid $20 in my life to park not even for a broadway show, she was very rude. As I result I will never be back to the town or to your store, which I have always purchased from when there. I and others have, from what i observed, respected the business and parked toward the back of the lot. this was just plan greedy. I only gave 1 star because I had to pick one because of what I saw this past weekend I don't thing you deserve that.
Very friendly employees at Gallipolis store I purchased items to repair the breaks on two vehicles, didn't use 1/2 of the pieces took back with my receipt and got assistance carrying the extra parts in and got my money back with out playing 100 questions.
