Box was wet they refused to return brakes that would not fit my vehicle the also did not out then under my phone number this is the worst laziest staffed store I have ever been to I will be following up with cooperate and no your not gonna lie about the receipt I had and have it still you are terrible employees I have the video of me coming in your store I wear a body cam dont worry im sure you will see it then after they tried to lie and say there wasn't a receipt hower the receipt was provided
Great customer service. Went in looking for windshield wipers. The gentleman at the desk got them for me and put on the proper adapter so it would fit on our vehicle. (I didn’t bring the vehicle that needed the wipers). In my opinion, he went above and beyond. Their customer service is why I’ll keep going back.
I needed a new battery for my pickup truck. The staff were great and they installed the new battery without any difficulty. The problem wasn't directly their fault, but the battery cost over $200. The last time I bought a car battery they were in the $60-70 range.
Stopped in to have our battery/alternator/starter checked after having to jump our truck 2 starts in a row. Battery and alternator both checked good. Starter wasn't making the normal zing sound like when it has a dead spot but the employee was certain the starter was our issue and helped me figure out why it only had issues every few months before but repeatedly that day. They didn't have one in stock there but he was able to give us tips on what to do to work around it until we made it back to WI. After searching the F150 forums online that night to see if others had similar issues, I discovered that when towing, some starters seem to overheat which causes them to not crank over until they have a chance to cool down. Employee was spot on with his faulty starter assessment and his tips helped us finish our trip without any more jumper cables.
Store was clean. Sales staff very helpful. We had called about some parts and had not said our names. When I got there ,they had the parts pulled already pulled and waiting for us.
Nice, friendly & funny employees that have always been very helpful to me. I have only had maybe two instances where I had to return parts for them not working properly and being sent to them as bad parts. Other than that the service and help is terrific. Especially, with the daytime employees because I'm usually there during the day before 5pm.
Wasted time at a few other stores and was unable to get a dodge pulley anywhere and I mean anywhere even the wrecking yards. These guys took there time digging to help me find a pulley that would work and even got their hands dirty to help make things happen before closing. Couldn't recommend more.
Nice clean store. The employees don't seem very helpful or knowledgeable. You go in and no one assists you. I asked clerk about motor oil and he didn't know.
