Scott is so customer oriented. I have been a customer associated with him for many years and he has never given bad advice or services. His employees are also very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this shop.
I feel blessed to have been directed to McCormicks after moving to the area from out of state. I've always preferred one mechainic/establishment to maintain my vehicles. And Scott has earned my trust to do just that. He's knowledgeable, gives accurate estimates, honest about availability and the work he does, and he's friendly while being confident and to the point, which I like.
Scott is a "one stop shop", meaning so far he has taken care of ANYTHING my vehicles have needed and eliminated the need to run all over town dealing with numerous places and being disappointed with the service provided. And he'll even suggest places that can do the work needed, because he knows you'll be back!
My most convincing experience that this is a great place is when I called McCormicks close to the Christmas holidays not knowing he was closed for the next few weeks, yet he still answered his phone, answered my questions without hesitation THEN informed me he wouldn't be open until the first week of January to schedule what i needed. That's taking care of your customers!

I took my truck in for a nail in my tire! First time at this place. They repaired tire and did not charge me . I really appreciated that, he said early Christmas gift. In an out in 15 minutes. I will not hesitate to take my vehicle to them again!
I took my jeep wrangler on the 9th after making appointment for the 10th for exhaust work. When they started the work I was communicated with often. Very professional and reasonably priced.
My daughter-in-law‘s car was making a noise like it had a bad wheel bearing. I took it there for them to replace it. They told me wheel bearing was fine. The noise was the tire. They had a flat spot wearing on the inside from a busted belt. Very honest and professional service I would highly recommend.
I went in due to a noise. I left 2000 broker. Now 3 months later he didn’t want to make good on warranty and I still haven’t gotten pd back for tire rod ends that we didn’t need because they came included with rack and pinion. But when I go in because the tires are showing spokes three months later, he will warranty one with 70,000 mile warranty put two oddball tires on it and kicked me off of his property
To everyone of my happy customers. You know you are all like family to me and I'll do anything to make you happy. There is one customer no one will ever make happy and says we scuffed her wheels and over charged her so when you see the negative review you'll k on who it is. She was told she is never welcome back to my shop and she told me she was run of the road and a wheel was damaged when she dropped it off. Sorry to vent. To all of my 9432 customers I serviced since we opened. Thank you for your business.
I really like these guys! They always do my oil change and today they fixed my exhaust after it rusted in half. She was purring so nice I had to give her a bath also. After I clean the interior it'll be feeling like new. Highly recommend.
Scott and his team were absolutely wonderful! They are knowledgeable, honest and very reasonable. I highly recommend them for all of your vehicle repairs and maintenance.
Showed up early for my appointment and still had to wait because they had every truck lift being used......they were waiting on parts from Pennsylvania.....who starts working on vehicles when the parts aren't even there.......I had them top off my oil and left......never going back
I have used McCormick’s Auto Service for all my vehicles. They have always got me an appointment quickly and I am very satisfied with the service. Several occasions they have repaired an item instead of just replacing the item which in turn saved me money. I definitely recommend them.
I could not recommend McCormicks more. They are extremely honest, and very reasonably priced. Thought I needed all my brake lines done but once they got on the job they told me only 2 actually needed done and saved me money. It doesn’t get more honest than that. If you need work done give them a call!
Took our son’s car for a free evaluation. They were very efficient and friendly. They communicated their findings and did not pressure us to have work done. Highly recommend!
The company was new and I had a Dodge journey that I needed the oil changed and a driving light replaced ended up costing me hundreds of dollars to replace a bulb and and the process he shorted out my battery returned my car to me running and the next day the car wouldn't even start. I will post receipts and you can see the dollar amount I was overcharged for the battery that he replaced the next time which I had to have the car towed to him. It was quite an ordeal. He could have been honest but he was not. The car was running when I picked it up. The battery had no issues when I brought it to you. And I can get a battery at Walmart for $100. You also replaced a driving light bulb for $100. This is a driving light fog light bulb. Not the housing not wiring a bulb for $100. I will scan my receipt in so that people can see the numbers. $300 battery your words and a $100 light bulb for a fog light. I feel a little ignorant and taken. And remember you didn't fix anything you simply added a little bit of coolant and charge me a large amount of cash for that. Should have been coolant and a light bulb. Again I need to scan in the receipt or you could post it just black out my information I would be okay with that. I appreciate the rebuttal.
Had some major coolant issues going on with my 2012 Chevy Cruze along with some other problems. Scott got me in quickly and fixed the problem in a timely and professional manner. The day I took it home I noticed it wasn’t fixed properly ( hoses busted/leaking) called Scott and it was taken care of the next day. Will go back!

You are not going to find a better auto shop around the greater Wheeling/Moundsville area. Scott and his team are incredibly skilled mechanics and they excel when it comes customer service.
