At first they were nice and seemed loyal. After my car being there 3 different times for their mistake, they showed true colors. Never called to give me an update on my vehicle, so positive it was a sensor that was $500 but couldn’t prove it and it wasn’t the sensor after all, to them telling me I needed a whole new engine. And DENIED to look deeper into the engine to find out what broke and said “it has internal damage” because “dodge vehicles need engines replaced at 100k miles”. NEVER AGAIN waste my time with a dishonest and disloyal company that doesn’t take responsibility for their mistakes since their “mechanics” are so good. I recommend to NEVER take a vehicle to them OR anyone associated with them including Elm grove dodge.
The Best Car Buying Experience in Decades! I've purchased many vehicles over the years and currently own five, so I have plenty of dealership experiences to compare. I recently sold my 2019 Porsche Cayman S to purchase a 2025 Jeep Wrangler Sport S in 41 Olive Green from Straub Jeep, and I must say—this experience beat my experiences at both Porsche and Mercedes-Benz dealerships!
Working with Bradley and Brad was absolutely amazing. The entire sales team was spot on with no games or pressure—they just worked with me on finding the right Jeep and were extraordinarily nice to both me and my wife.
After a brief test drive, we came in and did the paperwork, which was extraordinarily easy to complete. Bradley then took the Jeep back to have the guys finish the prep work. When he pulled it in front of the dealership and I walked outside, I could literally smell the wax! Bradley was standing there holding a microfiber cloth, and he literally walked around the vehicle wiping off any last fingerprint. The Jeep was immaculate!
I've never had anybody—including the Porsche dealership where I just bought my Cayman—do this level of preparation. It was truly impressive.
What really stood out was the genuine care they showed. My wife wasn't feeling well that day, and Bradley went out of his way looking for ginger ale to help her feel better. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare.
The 2025 Wrangler Sport S in 41 Olive Green has far exceeded my expectations, but honestly, it's the people at Straub Jeep who made this experience unforgettable. This is hands down the best experience I've had at a car dealership in a few decades!

We have had so many problems with our Ram radio & also truck not wanting to move after starting. The wonderful lady at Glendale Straub said it would be finally fixed & it was . We thank you so very much. Such a special lady!
The dealer was very unprofessional with me. They put a deal together for me on a Saturday then backed up out of it on Monday and put me off when it came down to it. I was told I had to wait for a GM Brandon to answer some questions for me Monday then I was ready to move forward but instead was told sorry we can’t do it or honor it. Then I find out that the GM was communicating with the salesman already and we could have made a deal Saturday. Very unprofessional get everything in writing or better yet try another dealer. Thanks your time.
So to start with I bought a new 2024 Nissan Sentra from Straub. Upon purchase they told me first three oil changes were free. That was a lie they did two and on the third the charged 100 and some odd dollars. While doing the oil change they came and showed me my cabin air filter and said it would need replaced at the next oil change or I could do it now. I opted to wait. Yesterday I took it to get the cabin air filter replaced and found out that when they removed it last time they had snapped the clip off so now the cabin air filter door does not shut. It was laying in the bottom of the dash behind the glovebox not attached at all. They broke it and said nothing and just left it to be found later. It was not like this before they messed with it for it was bras brand new car no one had messed with it before or after they did. Would not recommend.
I was sent an email supposedly with a questionnaire in it but it was not there. The two ladies working the service desk was a 10! Polite ,worked with me for what I needed and they got it. Service was great for what I had to have done. They are top notch!! Thanks Ladies!!!
Service techs need more training. Told me that my wheel bearing noise was normal. I changed the bearing and fixed the noise. Should have been covered under my warranty but cost me money out of my pocket. Highly recommend going somewhere else for service
Took a fleet vehicle in for an oil change and brake light bulb being out. They recommend a bunch of work and I DECLINED due to working nights and not having time, the service manager then had the techs do unapproved maintenance, when I called him out on it he fed me a lie saying the computer makes him do the work it recommends but funny enough not ALL the work they suggested was completed, he then proceeded to tell me to basically suck it up and when I asked for his supervisor he told me I could leave it I didn’t like it
Jordan in sales and Gus in finance are great to work with as they go out of their way to create a pleasant experience for buyers. The team was patient with my choosing a vehicle with all of the features that I wanted and worked like crazy to locate and move a vehicle in for me overnight. I would recommend Straub to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. This was my first time purchasing a car from Straub and it was a pleasant experience from salesman to financing great friendly service.
They had my silverado for over 5 months after it had been in a collision. I pick it up and the steering wheel is off and truck pulls to the right. A month later and 5 alignments later even after they left the control arm bolts loose and they shifted while i was driving the service manager gets a snobby attitude with me and tells me to take it somewhere else. No sorry well try to fix it, whoever their alignment tech is needs fired. Obviously has no clue how to do proper alignments. Ill never go here to get another service done or shop here for a vehicle again. Do not recommend their service department. Trash.
The staff was more than accommodating to my needs. They were all very knowledgeable about their products. I would definitely recommend shopping at Straub!
The care after the sale is exemplary. I lost all my records on my phone. And was able to get sales records showing I did the maintenance. Your company accepted that as proof saving me $3000. They got my jeep done faster than they originally stated. We will be down to buy a vehicle for my wife soon as mine is paid off in about a year

A real pleasure to shop here. Great customer service from beginning to end. I worked with two different salesmen and enjoyed them both, although one is now no longer with the company. But Jack Wilson went above and beyond, and I also appreciate sales manager, Gus, who took a lot of time with me and treated me with utmost respect. I will be returning here in the future.
The team at Straub always take great care of us and our van. Each time I go in for maintenance it is prompt and handled professionally. If there will be a wait, they give a reasonable and honest time frame. Everyone is very friendly and they exceed expectations each time I am there. Compared to other dealerships across the country, this team is by far the best!
Gus our salesman did a wonderful job on handling everything for us. We had to drive over an hour to get to this dealer. Straub collision had my car in and out looking absolutely brand new in 2 weeks! I was so impressed. There was about a month wait to get it serviced but that was actually short compared to all of the other collision centers. After I picked up my car, I drove through the service station for my state inspection and they had it done within 10 minutes. They are super efficient, very friendly, and well priced. Very pleased!
I was rear ended in my brand new Honda CRV and absolutely devastated as this was the first time I ever had anything new. The staff was so friendly and accommodating to all of my needy needs. My experience with purchasing the Jeep Wrangler Willys was fantastic. The salesman Gus was very professional, knowledgeable and patient. This is my second purchase from Gus and many more to come. My first experience at Straub we bought a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee L and a used Dodge Ram 2500. Kylie made it such an easy and seamless process. She was kind and caring and made sure we were all set up with all the new technology that came with the new car. Everyone involved in the process was great including Brad and Kenny that we did the signing with. Definitely found a great local dealership we will always return to.

It’s been awhile since I received the type of outstanding service I recently received here. I was scheduled a service visit within just a few days of speaking with a Straub representative. When another issue presented itself during the initial repair, I was contacted immediately. The problem was explained to me, and I was given the option of whether to proceed or not. When my vehicle was repaired and I arrived at the service department to pick it up, there were no surprises, no hidden charges.. Everything had been done exactly as I expected, and the repairs were reviewed with me on-site. Straub employs very professional and cordial service personnel, and they made me feel welcome and appreciated.
