I was a little critical on prices before but I did learn NAPA is cheaper than a lot of the places on line

Only auto parts store in a 20 miles radius outta approximately 4 different stores that had the part I needed to fix my sxs!! Employee was very helpful n nice..a black male..can't remember just name..but he deserves a raise imo ..again..just a great Employee!!

Napa most of the time has the part when others don't

Arrived 20 minutes before closing to pickup an order the door was locked open sign in window called to get the door unlocked and someone kept answering and hanging up I understand things happen but to answer and hang up is completely uncalled for

The store was great and staff helpful, however one of the 4 items I bought (a serpentine belt) ripped in half after just 2 or 3 minutes of the car running

Place looks like its falling in and the staff is lazy as crap! Great parts but the place needs an overhaul.
