Good service, decent prices on the car parts I bought from them

Ordered a part from the store in Logan and it was sent to the wrong store it was sent to the one in Charleston. And they was told it was to be picked up in Logan. So now i have to cancel my appointment with the shop and wait even longer for my car to be fixed.

Come in right at closing time and the associate was very friendly and knowledgeable. They had all the parts I needed in stock.

The worker will do their best to find what you need.

Good place to get parts for your vehicle but be patient with them they are usually very busy and tryin to do 2 or 4 thing at a time. Very helpful and friendly works there just when you go don't be in a hurry give yourself some time cause they try there best to help everyone they just got so much they are doing at once

I found a battery here for my Chevrolet equinox cheaper than anywhere else and the customer service was good

This is the AutoZone that me and my dad always use. I was waited on as soon as I walked in the door, the gentleman was extremely helpful and courteous. This extended all the way to putting on the wipers that I bought and adding fluid. Just a suggestion - would be nice to get free fluid when buying wipers. One little drawback was that did not have a huge selection of wipers for my 2010 Ford Escape. But overall an excellent experience.

A+ I ask these guys anything and everything. If there's a way or a fix, it gets figured out. They keep some pretty good knuckleheads in there.

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable try to get the parts you need if not in stock.

Sometimes there is a wait, but they always take care of me. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Clean place and a lot of stuff in stock. Staff doesnt seem to be very knowledgeable and they are slow. I've watched a manager stand around with a line and the poor guy on they counter buried neck deep with phones and customers.

They were very nice and changed my battery quickly no problems at all but getting up there isn’t the easiest task but worth it

My check engine light came on as I was driving through this area. I was 13 hours from home and driving alone. I stopped here to have them run a diagnostics for me and they said they don't go outside at night to help anyone. It was completely ridiculous and unprofessional. I wish they had told me of this hidden rule of theirs when I called while I was on my way. Perhaps their customer service is better during the daylight but I'm highly doubtful and won't go back to find out. Unimpressed.

Extremely poor customer service, understaffed, I have literally stood in front of the counter for 20 minutes to buy a part while the associate stared at me while playing on his phone..I gave up and left..went to advance auto parts instead...avoid this place at all costs.
