I think the Becky lady needs to be less rude to the public. she is one of the faces of the company so that means she has to play the part weather she want to or not she has to uphold the objectives of the company.

Customer service is good. They need to hire some employees with knowledge about auto parts! I have ordered several parts and they have came in the wrong one, or they have forgot to order the part in the first place.

Very helpful staff. One of the few places my company can get class 8 truck parts in the Elkview area.
