Who ever the lady was that answered the phone,is a bright as a burned out bulb! I asked if they bought ingots, she said they buy all metal. Ok so if I brought in copper ingots, would I get paid at #1 price or #2? She said I don't know, you'll have to bring it in. How can you work for a scrap buyer and not know what you're buying?!
They are completely nothing but rip offs they pulled out all of the copper I had then started picking through it saying it was communicated wire throwing it in a junk pile they had when I asked them about it one of the workers broke bad on me I loaded up my other stuff and put it back in my vehicle I will never go back and if you are smart don't go there plus they cheated me on the money
People that will tell you one thing on the phone and do another then cuss you out for being upset about said situation even when not saying anything derogatory to those people.
