I 100% recommend this company! We were broke down on the boulevard in Charleston. From the time i called, till the guy got there.... took maybe 10min. Fast, efficient & didn't charge us & arm & leg. It turns out, we know the tow truck driver, Dusty Harmon! He towed it from Charleston to our house in Chelyan for $95. Not bad at all. Thanks American Towing!!!

The staff at Hansford and driver James were extremely transparent and helpful. The tow experience itself was beyond reproach, dealing with AAA themselves though is an entirely different story unfortunately.
I got to work and locked my keys in the car. I called American Towing and they did a great job helping me get back in my car. The gentleman was very kind and had me back in my car quickly. Totally would suggest this place if you are dealing with a car lockout.
Such a nice wrecker driver, don't know his name. I was so crazy that morning, not use to be setting along side road. They should never be able to sell a car without a spare tire. Hats in the air for the driver that came to me, he was a Sweetheart.
I greatly appreciate these guys! They were very patient and kind and got a tow truck to my wife who was in our truck, which broke down on the exit ramp, asap! The truck driver was very kind and helpful. Hopefully we will not need a tow service again - but if so, we will definitely call again!!!
