Worst car shop ever my car was in an accident and I towed it here, then the owner took it upon himself to move it into his front lawn, then when I come to get it he told me it would be 500 to get but never once said that from the beginning then once I get it back come to find out my battery magically disappeared and he “doesn’t” know what happened to it do not recommend and when I tried to call back and ask for my battery they told me they don’t have it, so I guess it just up and walked away
They pulled my replacement axle from out of the creek bed and under mud. Now it needs to be taken completely apart and cleaned out and rebuild it. For the price I should have got one from California and it would be a rebuilt rear axle for about the same price. It was raining and they don't work in the rain. They take the day off. I had to wait for 4 days to get my axle I already paid for up front. And I got a shifty axle that the emergency brake and covers were rusted away and for the price and the wait I should have had it shipped from California. I would've been more pleased with it.
When I blew out the tire, I damaged the rim as well. I called them and they were the only place that had a rim for my vehicle. The gentleman at the front break was also polite and helpful. If you need a part for your car, check them out first!!!
They originally sold me a door that didn’t work. After some calls, they made it right. They switched it for one that does work. Overall, a fair place to do business
Bought a bumper that they held for me for a week until I could travel to get it which was extremely nice. Price very reasonable. I definitely would recommend. Saved me at least 250 dollars.

Was trying to help a couple guys find a part for their truck, they was mexican and traveling. We called and smittys priced it to is for $500. The guys called and smittys pdiced it to them for $950. We called smittys back and confronted them. All they could say was that they didnt know we was all together.
Advertised an item and I contacted them immediately. Tried to get location would not give it to me. Told him I wanted item and would come immediately but never responded back to me to give me location. When I finally found where he was located he had already sold it. I got his number and called him he hung up on me. Would not recommend dealing with this place at all. Poor customer service.

This is a good place to come if you need cheap used parts. They had the best prices after shopping around. They are very slow at getting the parts off and you have to wait because they won't pull the part till you come and pay for it.

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because I have successfully gotten one part from this place. Even though the first part was broke and had to go out of my way to get anot her and was charged again for it. Well today I had to get a transmission cross member for my ranger, and when I talked to someone I was told the part would be 50$. I told the boy that's how much a new one cost, and i guess he doesn't know his numbers and letters yet. He just said ok and sat on the phone like someone holding a phone up to a toddlers ear. So the guy I talked to is either mentally challenged or they think that parts acquire more value the long they have been used in left out in the weather. Don't waste your time calling this place, their prices are comparable to new parts most of the time, the staff is rude, and the location is way out of anyone's way unless you live in the woods. My advice is to go online and order what you need there are plenty of scrapyard that have the same parts and want what parts out of a junkyard are worth.
I would definitely recommend Smitty's to anyone needs a salvage part. I needed a Transfer Case for a Mercury Mountaineer. He was the only place that had one. I had been fed a lot of misinformation from places, saying I needed this, or that, or that any Ford Explorer Transfer Case would work.
Unprofessional, do not keep scheduled hours, bad customer service! I ended up buying the part brand new rather spend the extra money than deal with these people.
They swore up and down they had the part I needed. When it was wrong I paid a 20% restock fee. "If that ain't the right part bring it back and we'll find it for ya"- yeah right. Not worth the drive; you'll pay for their mistakes.
