So my car got stuck on my hill.. they never hooked a truck up to my car.. he just got it off the hill.. charged me $115...he was pleasant.. i have a video took 45 sec.. absolutely dont recommend...
I really appreciated their service tonight. It was bad weather and I wasn't able to get my car out of my friends driveway and they came out and saved me and it didn't cost that much either. They even came in a timely manner! Thank you guys so much!!
This had to be one of the worst repairs companies ever I had to deal with these people for 3 days because they lied and said they put a brand new radiator on my semi truck when they put a used one with cracks up their came back the second day they claim they put a new radiator up their drove off the lot and my truck shuts down again and on day 3 stay stop working on my truck to go handle a on road breakdown very unprofessional
If I could give this place 0 stars I would Glen’s Towing is unprofessional & their attitudes were terrible, they refused to let me get my vehicle until my insurance stepped in & called out another wrecker company to get it, Do not recommend
I had a problem with my tire near Charleston, someone was discharged and out to help me within 30 minutes--they were kind, helpful and took care of me right away. Great reliable business and would highly recommend!
They really are incapable of helping me with my job. Seems they are afraid to operate a tow truck. They also have an excuse for everything. Don't waste time calling them. They don't want to talk to you. SAD
Responded quickly when I had a major blowout on I-64. Service tech was professional and very good at his job. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs help in their area.
My car was stolen an wrecked and I went to see if I could get my personal belongings like I had close I needed to wash I was taken to my dad's an my make up phone car charger but they let me get my glasses an work papers
What a blessing. After working all night I realize my battery is dead. These guys came to my rescue and gave me a jump start at 6 am. You know who I am so if you ever need anything give me a shout and I will return the favor. Thanks again.
