Contacted you 40 mins before closing and arrived there 9 mins before you closed. Yet, you was welcoming and polite when I called and when I arrived at your business. I was delited to see that my car was in the exact same condition as I left it, when I picked my car up. Best wishes for the future!
I needed a tow for my very low race car from Summit Point. Professional job on putting my car on the bed of the tow truck and dropping it off at my garage in Purcellville. I got a ride home, which made it a wonderful experience. I will only call RC Towing from now on!
Unprofessional , Unreliable.Do yourself a favor and call another company . At first I was told they accept credit cards and wireless method of pay but they do not and held my property until I came up with $1300 cash.
They then attempted to barter and state they would do away with tow fees to “keep” my property which is valued at over 10g.
And the worker had his butt crack out .not appealing to a professional in need of assistance during a rough time . Stay Blessed

I was referring to the treatment I ENDURED. Seems like you’re also ready to post people’s PRIVATE information . I have NEVER used your company, I was put in place to help a sick elderly family member and this is how -I- GEN WAS treated . I was fair - honest and complied. I’m also sure you went just went against all violations about posting your customers personal business . In my opinion.
The property wasn’t past 31 days in fact . It was picked up 6-21 due to miscommunications . have the screen shot from your lot impound attached,you attempted to manipulate the situation and , and even went as far as telling one of your workers you have sent us a letter when I called on 6-21.Trying to pick it up with the cash and needing to put a SMALL amount on a CC. In fact Add that. “I was told the credit card wasn’t functioning conveniently after I offered to pay and come get it same day”
It was not “32”days friend, and you were aware of the situation and I had stepped into be a proxy , which, as nothing has been received even as of today. Again, you also attempted to keep and barter the property with me which was very shady IMO.
My step brother ended up getting his car towed on the 4th of July along with others vehicles. I came from Maryland to pick him up and collect his vehicle they said it would be $311 no problem, we went all the way to a 7 eleven nearest one was 15 min to go to an ATM they wouldn't take debit/credit cards. I'm not sure if this was due to the fact they were closed and some workers were out collecting cars, or if they really don't except debit cards. But we came back with the money, showed proof on owning the car. And the guy kept trying to call someone over and over again and my step brother got really frustrated. And eventually 30 min later we got the vehicle back. It was truly an annoying process. I really don't understand why a place would be closed if you're towing vehicles. Extra money perhaps?? Idk.

He handled my car with care and made the whole process stress free. I really appreciated how efficient and friendly they were. Highly recommend if you ever need fast and reliable towing service. My daughter had an accident, police officer called RC Towing to have her car towed. I can truly say…. He was efficient and quick. Definitely knew what he’s doing and we didn’t even have to wait a long time for him to arrive. I really recommend them for fast and efficient service. TY soooo much!
Every time I have called to have my car towed Corey and his staff has always been quick, polite, and have taken my car to where I asked them. I would recommend them to everyone.
Corey And his staff are courteous and professional. If you need a job done quick and done right make the call! I can't count how many times I have been in need of service and Corey has came through without question... Not to mention happy to pay his service fees with a generous tip.
Corey has helped my husband and I out on several occasions, from locking keys in to snowy conditions. He and his tow truck operators are always prompt and friendly.
Had my car towed by RC Towing after it broke down on me on the side of the road. They had great customer service over the phone to set up my towing service. The driver showed up in a timely fashion and was very polite and pleasant and offered to help in anyway he could! I recommend RC Towing to anyone in need of any towing or road side assistance!
