If I could leave a review and not give a star I most certainly would have taken that option. True Crooks should be the name of their business.. a customer of mine had her vehicle towed by this company.. they took it back to their place of business where it sat for less than 24 hours. She called to find out how much it would be to pick the vehicle up and the gentleman was very kind and says only $200 darlin ( which was great this was something she could afford eventually) so she gives us a call and asks us to please go pick up this vehicle for her and she will pay us back. So of course we do just that. Once our driver arrives the gentleman who answered the phone for our female customer proceeds to ask where she was (not sure why that mattered) but clearly it mattered enough to add an extra $150 to what was once a $200 bill!! That's right it went from $200 to $350 just by having a different gender show up.. its unbelievable to me how people get away with doing this!!
Excellent work, I had repairs done from hitting a deer. Got an estimate within the next day of taking it over for it and set up a date for repairs, of course needed time to get parts. Took vehicle up and dropped it off, was done within 2 days and looked just as great as the day I bought it! Even detailed the interior. Would definitely come back and were accomadating for my work schedule to pay the deductible and retrieve it back.
My husbands truck has rust on the bed and went to 'these people' they told him to buy a new bed and they would put it on... TO LAZY TO DO THE BODY WORK NEEDED!!! They also fixed one of my elderly customers truck that had been in an accident, all they did was spray BLACK paint over the damage on her RED truck.
Sure they will do some peoples work, if it is easy and if it is an insurance job... they are also way over priced... and they ARE rude!
My car feel of the jack while changing a tire along the road they went above and beyond to help me. Would highly recommend and will use again if ever needed.
Shop owner told me my vehicle was totaled because the motor wouldn't turn over. I asked if he tried to diagnose it and he said no because it's a lost cause. A buddy and I picked it up on a scrap trailer with a winch. He was rude and made fun of us for not having a better trailer. I got the vehicle home and had it running that evening. Had to pay them 6 days of storage fees and I don't even think they tried to fix my vehicle
My son's truck was totaled in an accident. I went to Riverside collision to look at the vehicle. At that time my son's belongings were still present in the vehicle. I was told I wasn't allowed to take any of it until I gave them $200 and the title to the truck. I went home to get the title and when I returned they had taken all of his belongings, and insisted they did not. These people are lying thieves!
Really great care of my wrecked vehicle. Both in removing it from the accident scene to completing the estimate that totaled my truck in a very timely manner. Thank you for the great service.
