Clean store and helpful staff. If part is unavailable they offered to get it for me next delivery or shipment.

By far the most knowledgeable employees around the area. Their customer service was top notch. They did not need to rely on the computer to tell them what was needed! I will definitely return next time I need something

I went to advance auto to pick up some parts, so the lady that waited on me said let me see what kind of oil your getting and i will get you a deal on a filter... so she wrote things down and went and got me a filter so i went home and the next day i find out it was the wrong one for the truck .... i returned it after driving 22 mikes back to the store my day off , after all she never saved me anything it only cost me more money in gas ..... people please learn your job if you decide that its for you ... dont waste ppl time or money .... i work 10 days out of 14 and i work for a living ....

the salesman named Mr.Bosley gave me the wrong parts 3 times..messed my wheels up..and still charged me twice for the wrong part..he should work at candy factory..

advanced has good service and parts but they are a bit pricey thestaff is helpful and friendly if they lowered their prices on the merchandise on the store shelves id give it a 5 star rating

Extremely helpful on getting the wright parts and allways have a good deal on oil change packages,people are always friendly.

Make sure you already know what you need. Never ask any questions and expect them to be answered. All they know are part numbers and if they have it or not.

Beyond helpful! I have trouble opening the hood of my car and needed to add oil during a day trip. They guy at the counter took care of everything for me! He was kind, friendly, pleasant and gave exceptional customer service!!

I order my parts online and when they came wrong (not my fault ) I took them to an advance store to exchange the refund was not as much as I paid for them and would not give me the discount I got online , so I lost 22 dollars in the exchange

Warranty information does not stay in computer for the length of the warranty. Ink fades off of receipt they give you. Make copy and save if you expect warranty or go to AutoZone. Expensive compared to online parts sellers.

Not a very good place to get parts from they dont even know what oil filter goes on your vehicle they need people who knows about vehicles

I can't stand advance auto parts. the employees just stand there and stare at you the entire time like I'm some kind of thief it's ridiculous

Exceptional service! I walked in the door, was greeted immediately, gentleman asked what I needed & he got it for me. There was no headache trying to find what I needed. This is the best Advace Auto I've ever been to. Thank you for such a great experience!

It hit or miss sometimes as far as parts go but nice an friendly staff that do their best to assist u an try to hrlp as much as they can

Not very friendly well one or two are rest don't care if you need help. Owner got publicly mad because I ordered a part online for pickup in store. Yelled about it at me in front of other customers.

It's an auto parts store. Helpful staff, good pricing on alot of things.

Eventually you get the parts you need, but 9 times out of 10 that is due to whoever placed the items in the back warehouse didnt pit them in right designated spot, but tht happens from time to time, dont apply for a job here, they womt hire you unless they know you. Ive applied many times and i bet even now they dont have my application on file bc they throw them away as soon as you walk out the door. But if u are looking for car parts and cant make it to another store, go ahead and stop here, MAKE SURE YOU LOOK AT YOUR PARTS AFTER PIRCHASE BEFORE YOU EVEN THINK OF LEAVING. They wont pay tht 30 dollars in gas for you having to make 8 to 10 trips up n back for the right parts and yes, no matter what they blame you for the mistake. Enjoy shopping here if you really need tht part, other than tht dont bother stopping, u can get anything odd and end they have for an arm n a leg, u can get at the dollar store same brand for dirt cheap.
