DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! Service was performed in Feb 2026. They performed a basic tire rotation and did not torque the wheel nuts properly. All 4 wheels became loose and my son could have been killed driving home. Issue was confirmed J&K once my local mechanic corrected the issue. Anyone attending Glenville State University should not risk servicing their vehicle here. I contacted the shop and they were evasive and didn’t take responsibility or look to address anything whatsoever. Extremely shady business that is not competent with basic automotive service.
Took our Jeep here for body damage repair after hitting a deer, took really long for them to fix and then our car ended up overheating and when we pulled over we found that they had put a piece of wood in the fan to stop it from spinning and never removed it.
I had to have my son's Ford Ranger repaired quickly. I live out of state. John was very understanding and transparent with the repair. Sending pics and videos of what was wrong. This was a repair that his local competition had made just 2 weeks earlier. Nothing like paying for the same repair twice. If anyone in the Glenville WV area or just driving through that needs service or repair on their vehicle, DO NOT HESITATE TO CONTACT THESE GUYS!!!

J&K performed a engine replacement for me, which included the removal of the old engine and replacement with a new long block that I ordered and had shipped to their garage. Very accommodating business and pleasure to work with. The technicians take great pride in their work, and look out for their customer. Definitely recommend their services and would return if future automotive services are required.
Well here’s the short of the long story, me and my fiancé are from New York and we were coming back up from Florida when our drive shaft snapped on the interstate. We were screwed and needed to find a shop ASAP. So here we are stranded in West Virginia and we pull up to this shop and John took a look and took care of us. Extremely professional and knowledgeable, and was able to install a brand new drive shaft the same day and we were happily on our way. He’s extremely compassionate and everyone we came across in this shop was so kind and had nothing but positive things to say about his service and him individually. Despite breaking down, I’m glad we did so close to this shop. If you’re in the area, don’t worry, John can fix it.
Going here after my car breaking down was a life saver. While I thought the car was totaled John was able to get the parts and repair it in the same day. Very friendly helpful and knowledgeable man. He could fix a tank if you needed him too.
This is the mechanic you've been looking for. Extremely competent, honest in every way, and conveniently located even if it's a drive to get to. I bring my vehicles to John and Katina all the way from Morgantown and it's worth it!
