Had two wheel bearings pressed in on my vehicle they never packed the wheel bearings with grease and after a 15 mile drive home both wheel bearing are hot and when I called they said that you don't put grease in wheel bearing so waste of 80 dollars in parts and 160 in labor to be in worse shape than I started
They do just what you ask for and usually for an appreciable price. Accuracy of diagnostics varies wildly based on who’s available, though; I’ve blown a good bit of money on unnecessary parts taking their final word.

The received my daughter car on Sept 28th, as of Oct 5th...they still weren't sure what was wrong. They stated they took extended warranties than they said they may not. My insurance had paid $50 toward the towing bill and mY daughter paid the remaining $20...they stated they weren't paid AND wouldn't release the car till I paid $197 but $70 had already been paid . Called me a liar.. The owner kept interrupting me and his wife got on the phone yelling at me. Hung up on me several times. Said it was the starter, replaced the starter but then said it wasn't the starter. Stay FAR AWAY!!!!
Ever since the new owner and his wife took over it went down hill. His wife is very rude and will hang up on you. They don't take responsibility when they do something wrong. I wouldn't recommend going there at all.
Regardless auto, truck, tractor, or towing they will take care of your needs. Prompt, professional, friendly and reasonable service. From out of state and wishing I had similar service at home. Highly recommend!
Ive done business with Glenville Auto through their online sales in used parts! They have been great, as well as patience with me getting my funds in order! They had everything I needed & Im so thankful 4 them!
I always stop by every year to get my truck inspected here, and occasionally have my tires rotated. The employees are always friendly and nice. They recently built a new shop/garage next door and are getting more vehicles in and out quicker. However, sometimes it can be a pain getting in and out of there due to the roadside traffic.
Very friendly, helpful staff. On a recent trip to visit family in West Virginia, my Mini Cooper flashed a warning icon indicating I should check my battery "without delay". Glenville was the closest town (10 miles away), so I drove there and stopped at Advance Auto Parts to have them test my battery. Sure enough, it showed as "unstable". The folks there called Glenville Auto Repair and asked if they would take me in immediately so that I could get back on the road to Ohio. Scott at Auto Repair verified that the battery was bad, I went back to AAP and bought a new battery, Scott installed it, I dropped off my old battery to AAP, and I was on my way only a couple of hours later than planned. thanks to the good folks at Advance Auto Parts and Glenville Auto Repair.
Driving a front wheel drive car in the West Virginia mountains, where only 4 wheel drive vehicles should be driving, damaged our muffler. We knew if we drove it any further the entire muffler would come off before driving 400 miles home. We stopped at this place and to our delight they took a car off their hoist and put ours on so we could continue home. They did this without hesitation then fixed the muffler. All for just $25.
