What clients say about U-Pull-It Auto Parts, Inc. in Yakima (WA)
I had to hurry down before they closed at 6p on a Saturday! They told me had to come back I told them needed 1 minute! He said to be fair I'll let you go back!
Thank You for providing customer service!
It was a quick transaction and in and out within 3 minutes!
Thanks again to the crew!
Satisfied customer!
Lady at the desk whom claimed to be manager
was rude visibly miserable and unprofessional she spoke ill of fellow employees otherwise good service and everyone else was a joy to work with.
This place is awesome. Prices are fair with returnes on items if not needed and even core part credit. They almost always have everything I need. There tool rental is limited, so come prepared
I had an awesome time there. The staff was great. I already had talked to. I believe her name was Angie on the phone. Let her know my situation and what I was looking for. She told me to stop by the next day and I asked if I could ask for her she said yes so when I showed up, I asked if she her name was Angie she said yes I reintroduced myself and said I was the person on the phone that talked and she remembered and pointing me out to the backyard and where I needed to be, I found my bench seat that I was looking for Had a hell of a time taking it out being I was by myself, but anyhow got it out, carried it looking like a caveman, but I did it and the price that was told me it was fair, but with it being a little torn, I was given a discount Which I thought was pretty cool anyhow, if you have anything that you’re looking for vehicle wise stop by and talk to the team at you put it and you won’t be disappointed Gorilla Jay approved
Bought an Engine for my BMW 325i at U-pull-it. Friendly and professional customer service. They worked with me and answered all my questions. They went the extra mile to make sure I was confident about my purchase by providing me with pictures, compression numbers, and a vin cross references. I live 2 hours away from Yakima so this information was crucial for me. When I got there they had the engine ready and everything went smoothly. Definitely worth the 2 hour drive. Plus the price was unbeatable.
I went to U, pull it to get some parts while I was there. I lost my iPhone they kept calling my phone when I was looking for either in the yard and in my car, but I couldn’t find it days later I came back to U pull it to get some more parts. I I asked the workers if they had found a phone and they did they gave it back to me. I love your honesty thank you you pull it and I recommend you to anybody Who needs parts?
Only reason they get two stars is because their workers are there are pretty chill. That’s one thing they do, right
This place charges you for a part that is that was a junkyard like it’s a brand new part I just called there today and for a light switch for my truck they want to 20 bucks when I can just go get a brand new part for $26 they think the stuff they have is worth gold. They need a redo their prices or work on their prices with the customer but the owner is stingy and doesn’t care about the customer just cares about filling his pockets.
Very good service. I bought a washer pump for my f150 it only cost 7 bucks and i
was up and washing my windows before i left the parking lot, i been using a spray bottle for a year, and they were so nice. And open weekends
Shout out to U pull it in Yakima for the thanksgiving tool box give away I was super excited to win the workers are super friendly and nice also best place to get some parts
Drove 260mi round trip to pick up my Transmission in Yakima and was told there is not enough staff to retrieve it. Transmission was due to be shipped today at 8am and has to arrive with the same response “not enough staff”. I am being charged by the hour as a I await for a transmission that may or may not arrive and I still have to transport it a further 40 miles! Honesty goes a long ways guys, you screwed me out of a lot of money!!!
They bought my jeep after it was totalled when the kid that was shot by Tony's pizza on nob hill crashed into it. Got enough for a few nights in a hotel which was nice to sleep in an actual bed for once.
I was excited to give u-pull-it a try for sourcing parts for my latest project. However, my experience with them left a lot to be desired, to say the least. To make matters worse, the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful. When I approached them with questions or asked for assistance, I was met with disinterested shrugs or vague answers.
They didn't have what I needed on my first visit, however within a week they did. Customer service was great and friendly. I bought 4 wheels, exactly what I wanted. The salesman carried them to my car for me. I highly recommend U pull it for anyone looking for a specific item.
I used to love this yard, it's the closest self serve yard to Ellensburg. That being said, I just paid my last visit to them. I am disappointed they raised their entry fee to $3. They just tried to charge me $12 for a parking light lens that you can buy brand new for less than $10, after I removed it none the less. I bought another piece of trim that was blemished, but it doesn't matter if it's blemished, they don't cut you a deal. It's pretty dumb to drive 30 minutes, just to potentially save a dollar or two. Next time I'll just order new parts and end up with the same out of pocket cost and not have to get all dirty.
The best junk/treasure yard in town by a mile. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Prices are very fair. Yard is always very clean and the vehicles are securely off the ground. We'll worth the $3 entrance cost. I often go multiple times a week .The Pasco location needs to take notes. They don't have nearly as good of an attitude over there.
I was having trouble finding the part I needed until I called U pull it in Yakima. I spoke to a very understanding, polite gentleman named Danny. He told me to come on in so he could look to make sure he had the exact part I needed. He told me to come back and he’d have it ready for me. I came back and he installed the part which took him maybe 5 minutes, and sent a very happy customer on her way! Thank you for saving endless searches and a huge headache for the install.
Danny is a great asset to this company!! He has pride in his customer service qualities. He is professional and yet personable. He’s quick and efficient and goes above and beyond his call of duty!! He should be recognized by his superiors within the company and be either promoted or receive a raise for his impeccable customer service satisfaction and drive to help others. These qualities are rare to find within any company.
Thank you for all your help! It is greatly appreciated! 🙏🏻
Take note for all other employees. This IS how to run a business!
I like going here to browse cars for parts I do not need yet. They always have a large selection to choose from. Friendly staff. I like able to see what the price is online before I go so there are no surprises at the register.
These guys are Great! Everytime I go in to pasco or yakima locations its been so easy to pay walk in... Gamble on parts cause ya never know what ya gonna find even if its not posted always Go Look! They keep yard pretty clean too, i can walk with flip flops just for a example. Then when done walk up and see what they say i have Always received a Great deal.
Super friendly service and a clean organized yard.
Got the parts I needed for a very fair price. Everyone I worked with was there to help and get the job done.
Would definitely recommend- worth the trip.
Just bought a transmission for my mustang today from them. Looks to be in nice shape. Haven't even put it in yet but still going to give this place 5 stars just based of their helpfulness and customer service. They loaded the transmission up via forklift. All of the employees were helpful and friendly. Daniel in particular was very nice and helpful on the phone and even more in person. Will update the review once the transmission is put. But as of right now I would still highly recommend and would go again
Update:
The transmission is in the car now and works great! Thank you guys in total it was a 6 hour drive but with the miles and condition was definitely worth it considering what other yards were asking for ones with more miles and the insane prices I seen online. I will definitely make the drive here again no problem if I have to
I came here from Oregon to buy parts for my suburban.. words cant describe how amazing the environment was. All staff was very friendly, the facilities were spotless.. felt more like a museum than a wrecking yard. I loved it so much, ended up driving all the way out to the Pasco location as well. 10/10 experience at both, a must visit location if you are in the area.
Save some cash and pull your own parts! Call before you go to make sure they have the vehicle you are looking for. 2 bucks to get in, bring your own tools! Happy scavenging!
