Doug and Jeremy were in the office when I walked in asking for assistance in repair to my vehicle that is my only transportation to work in Kennewick. They worked quickly in getting the part my car needed and had it done by the end of the day so that I wouldn't miss another days work. Thank you !
Recently my sister needed to move. To make it easier on everyone, I decided to rent a U-Haul truck. Thomas Auto Parts is the local dealer in my area. I've known Doug Thomas for years and he made the whole process painless. "Y'all can move everything from a two bedroom apartment in the 15' truck." Perfect. "Just make sure the same amount of fuel is in it when y'all return it and it's appreciated if y'all sweep out the truck."
If y'all are planning a move, I'd recommend giving Doug the business, pretty sure y'all won't be disappointed. Giddy up.
They apparently do good work if you don't need it done when it's scheduled to be done. Just don't be in a hurry. They're happy to leave you standing in their shop for 20 minutes while they chew the fat about nothing with some good ole boy who must be retired. The straw that broke the camel's back for me was when they were supposed to do some work on my rig on a Saturday we'd had arranged for over a week. I dropped it off Friday night, handed the older guy the keys with instructions and he assured me all was well. Well, all was not well when I called at 3pm Saturday (their quitting time) and was told , "O by the way we can't get to it tonight..." Why couldn't they give the courtesy of a call *to me*, but I had to call them to find out they would not do the work because they were too busy? If you have several vehicles and all the time in the world, they're probably OK. They replied recently that there had been a death in the family. If that's true I'm sorry.
Thomas auto parts has been servicing my cars and trucks for years. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! I’ve also used their U-Haul trucks and it’s been so easy to setup.
The mechanics went above and beyond when doing an oil change for my Jeep. I had a leaking power steering pump and they spent at least 20mins tightening up hose clamps and looking it over to see if it may be an easy fix, for no additional charge. My aunt has been going here for years and they are always helpful and fairly priced.
I know the thomas family for a long time. From Mrs Thomas being my school bus driver to auto parts and rentals of U-haul. To mechanic work on my vehicles. I always get honesty from them. They are all wonderful business people and always give quality help. I cant say enough about them! They are a wonderful family owned business.
I needed to rent a U-haul and with so many places being shut down at this time, this simple task almost turned into a nightmare. However, this man went above and beyond what most people would have done. My day started a little later than I had planned but thanks to these good people, at least I was able to get done what I needed.
I went to pick up a trailer with some friend, they not only rent uhaul but also they do some mechanic work if you need your vehicle fixed. customer service was awesome. guy helped us throughout the whole process. everything went smooth. very nice, you help they help, get them business they work with you.
