I stopped in your store two days ago with a friend who needed a plate reattached (was torn off by another vehicle). An employee by the name of John, when told of the problem, without hesitation, went outside with us and examined. After going into the store to get tools, he quickly reattached the plate. It wasn't just his professionalism, rather, it was his sincere willingness to help. Many may have shown negative expressions, but John was genuine. It was nice to see (and feel) old-fashioned Customer Service!
Called Autozone in Sunnyside Wa said they could test my alternator. Brought it in and they said they couldn’t test it because they didn’t have the right attachment for it? Called O’Reilly next door to make sure the had the “attachments” for it and they said they could do it. Brought it in, and they said their machine don’t work. Guess they failed to mention that over the phone.
Finally traveled to Autozone of Grandview WA told them my situation. They seemed just as puzzled as I was as to why no could help me. They took my alternator, and tested it without any problems. Super helpful and friendly. They got my 5 stars.
The prices are better then any automotive store around the valley. Personally I prefer to go to the one in Grandview their quick professional and I appreciate that they answer the phone! As soon as I walk in they greet me and ask if I need anything. If they don’t have my part they will find it !

I really wish I would have got the guy's name because he was awesome he recommended treatments for my truck and help me carry things and very nice polite gentleman he carried stuff out to the truck for me everything it was just a great customer service experience I haven't had one of those for quite some time now

I've gone to many auto parts stores and I always find myself coming to this location. Everyone is always so helpful and friendly! The store manager Erika always goes above and beyond to help me. She is AWESOME!!

This autozone is the best in the lower valley great service and really friendly. With there store manager always with a smile when you walk in the door. They try to make you bad day into at least a good one 10 or of 5 recommend
Couldn't find the right headlight bulb for my truck, Erika was quick to help me out and get the right one. She also installed it for me because I couldn't get my fat fingers behind my headlight housing. Great service!
