After an accident this summer, I had my daughter’s Tacoma repaired here and they did an amazing job! Jesse and Cody were wonderful to work with! Knowledge, straightforward and prompt! The truck was fixed on time and fixed right! This is definitely the best body shop in Pullman!

These guys are studs. Specifically, Jesse Weigley. They swapped the frame on my ‘06 Tacoma. Kept it within $20 of the initial quote and did a fantastic job with no problems after frame swap. Highly recommend!

Seth answered my call on a Sunday as I was leaving messages at a bunch of shops trying to get my car in somewhere after I slid on some black ice and busted my tire arms and steering. He was extremely responsive and got my car back to me in about 2.5 weeks - Just in time for my move back to California. It would have been way quicker had the weather not been so bad the weekend temperatures dropped below 0° and the wrong parts getting shipped out. I did have to bring it back a second time after taking my car home because the alignment wasn’t done properly (outsourced to another facility) and they then noticed another broken part that had to be replaced which took an extra 2-3 days. But I’m glad they caught it before I got on the road. Seth was awesome and he pretty much took care of everything and kept me informed along the way. Would highly recommend this place to anyone else who needed a repair.

Ok, well, I COULD talk about how they did a fantastic job on my windshield, even though I came in at a wildly busy time of year. I COULD talk about how they searched carefully to get me the least expensive parts and labor was very reasonable. But I WANT to talk about how I fell in their parking lot (totally my bad - I was looking at my phone instead of where I was going) and not only did they come rushing to my aid, get me up and offer to get me anything I need - I was driven to the ER immediately, when we realized it was essential that I go. I dislodged some tendons in my foot/ankle and damaged a nerve in my knee and I definitely was not stoic about it. They got my husband a loaner car while they fixed up mine (they had to start late after taking me to the hospital) - which was vital, since we have kids that needed to get to school. The work on the vehicle was great, but I owe these guys a huge debt of gratitude just for being good people. You'll always have this customer's loyalty!

Randy is one of the most kind business owners I've ever dealt with. There was a mix up with our insurance that led me to owe more than I was expecting. They made me feel so cared for and understood. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

From my first phone call to University Collision after my wreck to me picking up my repaired vehicle it was less than twenty days. Randy informed me of every step from taking photos to when my Wrangler was completely repaired and all of the paperwork was explained to me in detail. University Collision worked with my insurance company and Enterprise car rental to make a seamless and non stressful experience. I will ALWAYS recommend University Collision and will use only them in the future if needed.

Excellent experience! I'd never dealt with insurance before coming in and they handled the entire process for me. It was so easy and as soon as the paperwork went through they had the work complete within a few days. Amazing job, couldn't recommend more!

Have gone back to these guys two or three times and every time they go the extra mile. Redid some work that wasn't perfect (not really their fault), did extra legwork with insurance, and completely explained the process every time. Found a custom decal we didn't even realize was custom and replaced it and we wouldn't have known thr difference until we saw a spare in the front seat. They clean the car on the outside very well when all done and they do a good job. We've had to vacuum the inside from paint dust each time from being in the shop but that is worth it for thr level of detail and effort they go to in their service. Probably won't go anywhere else if possible. Competitive rates too.

I have worked with University Collisions Pullman twice now. The first time I was younger and needed some guidance with my parents. University Collisions was very helpful in working with myself, my parents, and the insurance. Ultimately, we paid with cash on a front bumper repair. They worked within a limited budget because I was paying in cash and the repairs came out beautifully. The second time I was hit on the side (I was not at fault), and while I had that repaired, I had some front bumper repairs (which were totally my fault). This time I was going in without my parents and they were just as helpful this go around as the first time. The insurance covered the accident and again I am more than satisfied with how the car came out. At some point there was some confusion which led to my car being in the shop longer than expected (mainly due to there being two claims on the car and because I have an ignition interlock device installed). Despite this they were extremely forthcoming and respectful. On top of all of that they even provided me some help getting my car towed when there were some issues with my Ignition Interlock. Overall, they were extremely helpful, kind, but even more importantly the body work repairs were impeccable. I will always make this repair shop the first place I go if I have body work that needs to be done. (I drafted this review a long time ago and lost the before/after pictures)

University Collision was awesome in buffing out some paint that transferred from a cement pole to my car. There are only a few paint chip spots remaining which can be fixed with touch up paint! And they did it at no charge! Awesome customer service! I have had auto body work done there before and have never been disappointed.

University Collision was great to work with and made a daunting process super easy! Super patient, knowledgeable, and had great communication. My car looks great and I am very pleased. I’m glad I worked with them!

I would recommend University Collision to anyone. They were very easy to work with and even in a parts shortage they got my truck back to me in a good amount of time. My truck was near totaled and they repaired it back to new. I am amazed that they could do something like that in that short of time. They had great customer service and answered all of our questions. So glad we worked with them!

Randy and Andy at University Collision in Pullman were the best auto service professionals we have ever experienced with. When we drove from Seattle to visit Riverside State Park in Spokane, our BMW X3's windows got broken and things stolen. They temped-up the windows for free for us to drive back Seattle next morning. Super job and excellent people!

University Collision was the best experience I've ever had dealing with vehicles! I had some minor body damage from an accident and they were awesome. They take walk-ins for estimates and work with your schedule to bring your car in when the parts are ready. They were very helpful at explaining what needs to be repaired and I didn't feel like I was talked down to because I am a woman (which happens). They finished the repairs in less than 3 business days and it was washed and waiting for me. I would 100% recommend!

Got in a little fender bender and after getting quotes from different shops in town, University Collision had the best quote and more importantly, the best service. Randy was nothing but kind and took the time to explain things to me that I'm sure he know like the back of his hand. Once they finished the body work, my car still needed to have the clear coat protector applied the next week, and Randy offered to come pick up my car, which made it really easy on me and I appreciated. Highly recommended!

Great service and friendly staff! I had an issue concerning my car door, I called University Collision of Pullman and they were able to get me in quick and fix my car in under a day. Not only did they fix the car door to make it work properly again, but they also buffed my car's headlights at no extra charge. Randy was polite, friendly, and incredibly helpful when I had questions regarding caring for my car. I was having some car trouble as one of my mud guards behind the front tire was loose and flapping about. Someone recommended that I check out University Collision and spoke highly of their services. So naturally I took a chance and checked them out. I'm happy to say that they were extremely helpful and took care of the matter in less than half an hour and free of charge too!! They're good people! I would highly recommend them to anyone with any auto trouble.

Amazing staff and service. Went there to get a curve/dent in my car door fixed. They got the alignment right to stop it from causing friction with the back door and also gave it a touch up for no charge!! I got a free estimate if I want to make the door look like new. I will definitely go back in future if need be.
