These guys are the most helpful and friendly!!! I bought a window washer squirter because mine had fallen off. As I was heading to my car Tucker came out in the rain and installed it for me. I really appreciate the kind help.
I’m not usually the type to leave a review. But I had a low beam that was out and one of the employees did a quick assessment, led me to the aisle with the right bulb and replaced it for me. The employees are incredibly helpful in there!!
Tucker and Max (I believe were their names) took amazing care of me! My car battery had been acting up for a bit so I went in to get it checked. After purchasing a new battery they got it down to a lower price than it was originally listed for and installed it no problem. It took maybe around 10 minutes maximum. Sometimes going to a shop to get car work done can be intimidating but they were nothing but kind and reassured me through the whole process. My car has been running great ever since and I’m so appreciative for their help. Thank you guys!!
My alternator died right before a trip, and the staff was very friendly and helpful (aside from one person). BIG thank you to Will for being so patient and helping me charge my battery up so that I could get my vehicle home!!!
Needed a socket they wanted $9 for one but it really wasn't deep enough, found exactly what I needed at harbor freight along with seven others to go with it for the same price. But yeah if I had been in a pinch I might have been able to make that work. So it was good they had something available. I shop there alot mostly because it's the only auto parts store in town besides Napa. And there unreasonably high on their prices so.... O'Reilly's yay!
They are very rude and unprofessional as I walk in I asked about the socket and the guy is very unknowledge about the product and he said he will take and look and helping someone else and I have to wait again! Then same day they I asked the lady about the type of screw and she has no idea and I said I will take a pic and come back in sec and she is helping some dude there again and I lost my patient and walk off!!! The store is not busy maybe racist because they are two person working and when the lady is standing there and waiting white guy behind me!!! When the guy working there is available to assist me again the blone white lady working there call out the white guy to help!!!
Been there many times and had lots of help. Bailey the worker there helped Me with my options when I was super broke, gave me a ride home and even towed my car for me. Truly an angel of a worker and person I wish he could get a raise for being so helpful. The other worker there just stated at me like "sucks for you" but Bailey actually helped me to the best of his ability before even offering me the outside work services. I will definitely come back to the pullman branch as they treat their customers with respect

Josh went absolutely above and beyond to help install several lights I needed replaced, even taking the time to secure a plastic panel on the bottom of my car that was moved during an oil change prior to my visit to O’Reilly’s. Incredibly kind employees and great service. Cannot recommend enough!
Very grateful for outstanding customer service today by Jesse at your Pullman, Washington store! I needed hard-to-find windshield wipers for my RV, and was daunted by the prospect of trying to install them myself. Jesse greeted me from behind the counter as soon as I entered the store, asked me what I needed, searched in the appropriate aisle and the back of the store to find the two, unmatched sizes with complicated installation, then unpackaged them and installed them for me at my RV outside the store. As a senior citizen often frustrated by customer service other places, I was thrilled to find a place and an employee who really cares! Will definitely patronize your store for all my auto parts needs going forward.
I needed 3 new wiper blades and wanted rain ex...they had them put to the side and Jessi was so kind to put them on for me!! Love that about o'riellys Thank you!
The O'Reilly Auto Parts, located in the heart of Pullman Washington, is a great store! They have a huge selection of anything you could possibly need for your vehicle. The best part about this O'Reilly's, is the hard working employee DAVID! I've gone in there numerous times and David's helped me figure out everything I need to know and has great customer service skills!
Incompetent service—I stopped by because one of my headlights was out and I needed help replacing the bulb. One of the workers replaced it for me, but it did not solve the problem. He told me there was nothing else he could do, and that it must have been a wiring issue that I would need to take into a mechanic (he also recommended I try Jiffy Lube, which I later discovered can not actually service wiring issues). $100 and a trip to the mechanic later, I learned that the only issue was that the O'Reilly worker had replaced the wrong bulb. Very frustrating experience!
As always, staff was super helpful and really nice. I've never really had a bad experience at ANY of the O'Reilly locations. I prefer here over Auto Zone and Motion.
Ryan is an incredible and kind salesman. I have been to THOUSANDS of OReilly's and this one deserves an award. Customer service, stock, knowledge of job, and kindness. Will be there for all of my car needs. Great experience

This place was doing so well for a few months but now the place is going back down and even faster than before. A lot of the male workers are cocky know it alls when they don’t actually know much. Manager talks too much and doesn’t respect his workers. The other guy who’s the assistant manager is better than him.
I bought new head light bulbs and asked the clerk to help me install them. He came out and looked at my car then said he needed to ask a more experienced person. The asst manager came out and was very rude, telling me they dont have time to help me. Even though I was the only customer there. A few days later I took the bulbs to a car repair shop and told them. The shop owner said, "those guys aren't mechanics and most of them dont know what they're doing". Well I guess it's true, but he didn't have to be so rude about it. Cant recommend due to poor customer service.
Great experience there today! I am clueless when it comes to windshield wiper blades and I recently had just broken mine off and when I went into this store they not only helped me find the correct size blade for a reasonable price, but they even took the time to help me put it on for free! I’m 100% going back there for any more problems that I run into in the future.
Came in for a new headlight after one of mine burned out. Fantastic service. Helped me install the new bulbs and doubled checked they worked. Will definitely be back for anything else I need.
My car died, I asked them to test my battery. They told me the alternator was bad and I needed to replace it right away and that that they had alternators I could buy. I took my car into the dealership a week later, nothing was wrong with it. They were trying to get me to buy a part I couldn’t replace on my own that didn’t even need to be replaced. Still thankful I waited to take my car into the dealership
So glad they are open on Sundays! They knew what part we were describing, as our horse trailer, with horse inside, sat broke down on the side of the road.
Very fast, helpful and friendly, and they had the part there waiting when we got there to pick it up.
