I was having issues with my battery and brought my car in. One of the employees took the time to scrape and clean off all the corrosion instead of immediately recommending a replacement. It fixed the problem and saved me money on a new battery. Really appreciate the honesty and help!
I don't live in Pullman, but I've been in this store to help out family that lives there and they are polite and very helpful and not just un person, but over the phone as well.
Came in with a torched battery and needed a test, staff was very friendly and even offered to replace the battery for me if needed. Ran the test and the mechanic there determined it was a starter issue and elected to send me elsewhere when most locations might have just gotten me to buy a battery and leave. Although the testing was incorrect and I actually DID need a new battery (and probably could have saved a decent amount of money doing it here), being able to have that kind of trust in a business goes a much longer way than a minor human error. Thanks!
Worst store , bought a $200 part and tried to return it within two weeks and they won’t take it. I gave it to them and just asked them to trash it. Orielly auto parts took it back, the same part

More info: I bought a Rav4 2006 Cruise control lever that doesn't work and I tried to return and you guys won't take it back. So I gave it back to one of your Associates. Please let me know any more info, Such a shock that you guys wont take a part that doesn't work.
I had a break down where my vehicle was "dead in the water." Not knowing if it was the battery or the alternator, I walked over to their shop and explained my situation. Rather than assume I was right or try to make a sale, one of their team drove me out to my vehicle with a battery jumper to test both battery and alternator and then helped me get the vehicle to the Napa lot so it would be easier to work on if any further parts or tools were needed. Of all the stores in Pullman/Moscow, Napa has the BEST customer service, competitive prices and asked if I was a student to see if I qualified for a discount. Easily ⭐ 5 stars ⭐
I was having trouble with my car and thought it was the battery. I went to Napa in Pullman to have them check the battery and possibly replace. The gentleman that assisted me was kind, explained what he was doing and why, and helped ensure my car was started with the new battery. As someone who is not familiar with car repair/functioning, I appreciated feeling informed about the process!
My daughter's wipers stopped working on her 2013 Ford Escape, and she needed assistance right away. She stopped in at NAPA, and they helped her get her wipers going on the spot! Thank goodness for the kindness and expertise of the Pullman, WA NAPA! Thank you for getting our daughter back on the road safely!
I came in today to pick-up an order on a replacement battery for my car, when I arrived it was ready for me to pick-up. Even though it had only been like 10 minutes. They even offered me tools to borrow, so I could replace it in their parking lot. Super impressed with their level of customer service, and their professionalism! Will definitely be coming back, as my new preferred location for parts!
I am EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED with the way that this branch dealt with a NAPA WARRANTY. When you get any work done with Napa parts, at a Napa certified mechanic, you expect that if the part breaks, they will do whatever they can to honor it at any Napa certified shop. I had a bad part on my vehicle that broke under warranty while here in town, and i took it to a Napa certified mechanic hoping that napa would honor the warranty as they always have. They did NOT, and tried to have the shop charge me almost 600$ to fix the damage that came from the bad part that was installed into my car. Now, I am going to have to tow my car back home so that I can have an HONEST Napa branch work to take care of the warranty with my mechanic there. This is after paying over 100$ to have the mechanic in Pullman take it apart and put it back together to tell me Napa won't cover it. I've lived in four towns and worked with Napa in all of them and they have never let me down like this. Also, my mechanic said this is the first time in 9 years of working with Napa that be has ever dealt with a branch that refuses to cover a warrantied part. Do not let this change your mind on all of the hard working people that work for Napa all over the place, I have always had the best experience with them and they have always honored warranty until now. If you want to make sure you are truly covered under warranty I suggest maybe going with a different branch.
I have been here twice now and both times they were so helpful and nice! I’m a college student who is not very savvy with cars and it’s so nice being able to go to a place that is willing to help me with my car and not give me attitude about my lack of knowledge. I would highly recommend going here!!
Will was so great!! I showed up 10 min before closing on Friday evening before a trip into the mountains for the weekend ... because my car was having trouble starting. He diagnosed the problem as my old battery, got me the best deal on a new one, had the part in stock and stayed late to help me install it! 20 min later I was on my way home ready to head out on my adventure! SO HAPPY with my experience at Napa Auto Parts!! Thank you!!

I have great experince with them. They know about engine quite lot. When I have no clue what connector AC on my Ford Escort was, they told me what it is really. Great at recommend. If the cashier don't know what I'm talk about, they would talk to another guy who is well experinced mechence. Very friendly people. Highly recommended!
